All three apartments are very quietly in enem purely residential area with single-family houses.

We stayed in Apartment Sina during Carnival and found there was plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. The apartment is very pleasantly furnished and the owners are very friendly and helpful. A good supermarket and two restaurants are a short walk away. For Cologne there's easy parking near the station in Bergisch Gladbach. Unfortunately the weather was grey and drizzly for our whole stay, which discouraged outdoor activities, but there's plenty to see and do nearby, in addition to Cologne. Highly recommended.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment over the Christmas break. It is well equipped with all the amenities required for a self-catering apartment and the owners have not skimped on quality of the items either. There is plenty of information in the apartment about the tourist attractions in the area and how to move around, and the owners are more than happy to provide more information, if required.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Cologne but still wants to go 'home to' peace and quiet every night or to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely part of Germany with plenty of walkways and nature.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped, the patio area was small but perfectly adequate and caught the sun in the afternoon and late evening. The location is ok being situated in a nice quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of local shops. The Irish Pub serves good value food and the owner is friendly and is a useful source of local information. Transport links too Bergish Gladbach and Cologne were good. It is also close to beautiful countryside. The owners speak English and were friendly and very helpfull
We were there for business, so we didn't get much of a chance to check out the neighborhood. But the location was perfect. It was easy to find and in a peaceful family neighborhood. We had our own entrance and a place to park the car off the street. The family is very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They had the answers to any questions we had. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well equipped. the beds were fantastic.......we slept like babies.
We would definitely stay there again.

- liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr geplegt und gemütlich
- ausgestattet mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die das Leben einfacher machen
- viele Hinweise/Prospekte liegen aus, man kann jede Menge Ideen für Ausflüge aussuchen
- für Unterhaltung an Schlechtwettertagen ist gesorgt (Bücher, Spiele, Kartenspiele, Malbücher, Kinderbastelbücher u.s.w. )
- schöne Terrasse mit ganz neuen Gartenmöbeln, herrlich ruhig gelegen, direkt am Waldrand
- und last but nut least sehr nette Vermieter!

It was my great pleasure to live in this beautiful apartment, and be the guest of such amazing hosts. The apartment was well furnished , very clean, very comfortable, had all the amenities,any feature that provides comfort, convenience, or pleasure.
I firmly recommend this object for those who prefer calm and beautiful environments.
Our district is located in the so-called 'green belt' of Cologne.
Here you can enjoy the tranquility of a purely residential area (one- and two-family homes) connected to a yet very central location.
You can reach the cities of Cologne (of course, the Köln Messe), Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach in just a few minutes, but also easily accessible by public transport.
Numerous attractions are located in the area - culture, history, games, sports, fun, hiking, shopping, etc. - Everything is possible.
You will receive extensive information on many, many destinations, there's something for every taste and age something. Also, especially for families with children - every day is a new adventure! :-)
Shops for daily needs (bakery, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, pharmacy, etc), Restaurantes, cafes, pubs etc are within walking distance.
As the bus stop is just a few minutes away, you can leave on vacation and the car if you want.
We have by the way NO PARKING SEARCH! The holiday home has a private parking lot in front of the house.
Despite this central location you look from the apartment directly into the countryside, into the garden and the adjacent forest.
Our second Apartment, apartment 'Sina', by the way also requires suitable for disabled people:
It is located on the ground floor, except two input stages are no stairs to deal with. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users and not classified as accessible, yet we often have people with mobility difficulties to guest looking for a ground floor apartment at the input but can manage 2 steps.
