Na casa, encontrei janela da cozinha quebrada; uma das portas da sala sem o puxador; puxador do armário da cozinha quebrado; pelo menos três tomadas fora da parede, penduradas pelos fios. Seria importante fazer mais manutenção. No geral, foi razoável.
