From the courtyard you enter the inviting entrance room. From here you can reach the noble living-dining area with fireplace, plasma TV, WI-FI internet access, Playstation 2, a solid oak table and doors onto the front terrace. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the framed with a stone wall courtyard. A green oasis of tranquility. A powder room and laundry room complete the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. All are equipped with 2 single beds, three of which are with en-suite bathroom. The fourth Bedrooms need to use with the en suite bathroom of another bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there is also a central heating. One of them is without its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a shared, large terrace with panoramic views over the beautiful landscape and the pool with great whirlpool seating area.

Two of the bedrooms upstairs share a large terrace with wonderful panoramic views of the countryside and the pool with whirlpool seating area. The floor bedroom has an additional access to the framed with a stone wall, quiet courtyard with a shady palm tree. An ideal place to rest in perhaps reading a book while quiet busy on the other side of the house by the pool.

This beautiful country house with its 35,000m² plot with excellent views over the sea, the Puig de Sant Salvador, and distant mountains. A 15 min. Walk takes you to the Stranbuchten Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera. In 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful bay of Cala Sanau. Also, the nature reserve Mondrago with its beautiful beaches and shaded picnic areas under the pine trees is all achievable in 12 minutes by car. The tourist center of Cala D'Or with shopping streets, nightlife and the glamorous marina is 5 minutes. The market town of Felanitx (Sunday) and Santanyi (Wednesdays and Saturdays) bietebn Mallorcan flair. The original Fischerstädchen Porto Petro and Porto Colom in the near vicinity and offer romantic restaurants overlooking the sea. A trip to Palma is recommended that - like every major city - not just shopping, but also a lot of art and culture offers.
