One of the nicest developments in South Walton, The Village is located steps from Rosemary Beach, and only five miles to Seaside. This low rise condominium community features Old World Charleston-style architecture, with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, with wonderful shops and restaurants on the ground floor. This luxury smoke-free condominium overlooks the amphitheater, with a limited view of the emerald waters of the Gulf.
At over 1300 square feet, this is one of the largest condominiums in the Village, with prices comparable to the smaller three bedroom units. With three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining and living area, and large balcony with limestone railing, it is fitted with luxury materials, including imported travertine and reclaimed oak floors, marble in the bathrooms, and granite kitchen counters and maple cabinets.
The luxury master suite opens onto the private balcony, and has views of the beautiful Gulf waters. The extra large master bath features travertine floors, marble double vanities, large garden tub, separate shower, and two closets.
The guest room with queen bed opens to the large second bathroom, also with marble and travertine. The third bedroom includes bunk beds and lots of storage.
There are flat screen TVs in the living room, master, and bunk room, and guest bedroom. There is a DVD player, a stereo with CD player and iPod hookups.
The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. It includes granite counters, dishwasher, large pantry, cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, appliances, and nice dishware.
The long heart pine farmhouse table can seat seven guests comfortably, and there is extra seating at the counter bar, so your guests can watch you prepare a gourmet meal.
The large windows and french doors flood the condominium with natural light and ocean breezes. The limestone and travertine balcony, with seating for four, is the perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, or listen to a concert in the amphitheater below.
Call the private shuttle, or take a short walk to 'the best beaches in the world.' A new on site pool will be completed in September 2016. Camp Creek Golf Course is nearby, with 36 holes, driving range, golf shop, and snack bar.
Just across the street from the condo is a safe, off road paved path that extends all along Scenic 30A. This provides a great place to walk, bike, rollerblade, or jog, while viewing the natural beauty of the area.
There are many quaint shops, art galleries, gourmet restaurants, and live concerts and festivals along the 18 miles of Scenic 30A to enjoy throughout the year.

The reviews I read before renting this condo were extremely helpful in my selection at "The Village," along with being able to personally speak with the owner. The owner was so personable and accommodating, and always available to answer and help with any of our questions. Our two adult children joined us for a week's vacation getaway at Seacrest Beach in this lovely 3 bedroom condo. Each bedroom had ample space and provided a very relaxing setting. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. TVs were so nice in each room; the condo was decorated in a cozy Pottery Barn style décor; and our kids were able to set up shop at the extra-long dining table with their laptops for work needed to be done while away from their offices. We all really enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and evening chats as well. Seacrest Beach is a lovely place to visit; so much to see and do just by walking; and the community pool is outstanding!!! Thanks so much to the owners for a most wonderful and memorable time spent with our "kids"! We'd love to come back!!!
My friends and I have had the pleasure of renting this condo for the past several years. The condo is beautifully designed and decorated. The location is prime and is within walking distance of Rosemary and Alys Beaches. Our group enjoyed riding bikes, along the beach path, and hardly ever had to drive anywhere as everything we needed was right at our finger tips. We also enjoyed listening to the summer concert from our balcony! The owner could not have been easier to work with and any more accommodating. We've already booked our next respite and we are counting down the days!
The condo is so beautifully furnished, and has all the little extras touches that made our stay perfect. And the location can’t be beat, with easy access to the beach and pool, great shops and dining, and the amphitheater below is a big plus. There was often a guitar player that we could hear from the balcony, as we watched the world go by. Top notch, we will stay again.

We own a lot in Seacrest and have also rented many times in the past 3 years. This condo was high on our favorites! The unit is well decorated, has a comfortable eating area and is an easy walk to both the Seacrest pools and the beach. We'd definitely stay again!
LOVED our visit here. Super cute condo. Great location, with bike rentals out front & great Mexican fare two floors down. Balcony view was pleasant every morning. Was very clean upon arrival. Bunk beds were great for 2 of my younger boys. Bathrooms are huge. Washer/dryer in unit, very useful! The owners were FABULOUS to work with/talk to. I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone. Hope to stay again! (Kids love Sugar Shack, I love LaCocino Mexican, donut truck just a few blocks away! Concert on the green, cute shoppes...... And much, much more!)
