Lovely cottage in a quiet location on 380m² garden plot

Our house is located on an approximately 380 m² plot of land in the peripheral nature of calm and well-kept holiday park with swimming pool and children's playground.

The living space is spread over 2 floors and is 80 m². On the ground floor the spacious living and dining area with open fireplace from which you through the large window which extends over the entire housing width of 6.0 m, a wonderful view of the south-west facing 18 m² terrace and have in the landscaped garden.

The living room is the open kitchen adjoins, which is equipped suitably with gas hob, fridge freezer and combi microwave with baking function.

The two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with a double bed (160x200), 1 additional sofa bed and two single beds (90x200).

In addition to the beautiful and bright tiled shower room there is another WC on the upper floor.

The holiday park is located in the Dutch province 'Noord-Holland' on the outskirts of Sint Maarten, about 4.5 km from the North Sea beach, in a quiet location and immersed in the typical northern Dutch landscape, which in the spring through the many fields of tulips colorful in a Sea colors transformed.

Sint Maarten is a small town with no industry and is located in the immediate vicinity of nature reserves "Het Wildrijk" and "Het Zwanenwater".

Approximately 3 km, the picturesque town of Schagen is full of restaurants and shops. In nearby Den Helder or Alkmaar you will find the bustle of a city with all its amenities and cultural offerings.

The island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with the old Dutch trading cities Horn and Enkhuizen and the metropolis Amsterdam are also easily accessible.

Throughout the area are also many cycling, fishing and watersports.

An- oder Abreise an Sonn- und Feiertagen ist leider nicht möglich.

Nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 10% des Gesamtpreises fällig. Der Rest ist spätestens 21 Tage vor Anreise zu zahlen. Bei Buchungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Reisebeginn ist der Gesamtbetrag innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung zu zahlen.
Eine Kaution ist in Höhe von 120,00 EUR für Haus und Sperrbaum-Chip zu hinterlegen.
