Why Brigitte chose Rione I Monti
it is a very large apartment and perfect for a family or friends who want to discover Rome together
What makes this Apartment unique

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.
The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for a three day stay. There were several restaurants, a small grocery store, and several interesting shops on the street. It was very close to the train station and many major attractions. I would definitely recommend it.
thanks a lot . it was a pleasure to have you as our guests and hope to see you soon again
Perfect location, Owners easy to deal with.
The apartment was a lot bigger that I was expecting and fit my family of 4 (with 2 very large boys. The location couldn't be any better and the owners were very helpful. The ac was broken, someone was trying to fix it when we got there but the temperature inside was still comfortable, even though outside was horribly hot and we were perfectly comfortable with just using the fans. If you consider yourself a wider person the showers may be a little tight. Parking- Unless you are a local or used to driving there, definitely do NOT bring a car there. First, you don't need it, second, if you somehow managed to find a parking spot, your car would just get blocked in seconds later. It is actually very entertaining to watch the street out the window. Food - There are restaurants everywhere, access to the busses and trains and 2 grocery stores all in a 5 minute walk, though North Americans might have a hard time finding something familiar at the grocery stores (they are both smaller than most 7-11's). Owners do a good job at recommending the best grocery store for you. If I ever go back to Rome or have friends that want to go, I would happily recommend this place.
One final tip for Rome, Careful, no one there helps you out because they want to help and nothing is free, not even bathrooms. If anyone offers to help you, its is because they want money. Look for an employee if you have a question on anything.
thanks a lot for your nice words. I am happy you did enjoy your stay and all was ok. I am sorry for the aircondition ( just one item was not working - the other three were ok ) regarding the parking...there is parking garage just 100m out of the apartment. it comes to 24 eur per 24 hours. this just for informations. we would love to have you back at our aparmtent. thanks a lot - best regards Brigitte
The apartment is as advertised and right in the heart of Rome near the Coliseum. Location is very convenient, easy walk from the train station, metro (cavour), Coliseum, museums, Forum, Spanish Steps, super markets, etc. Terrific street with some great restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Showers are a bit small, but location and all the amenities (two bathrooms, three bedrooms, large living room and good kitchen) make the Large Holiday Apartment a great choice. Owners are very easy to deal with and willing to help if asked.
thanks a lot . I am happy you had a good time in our apartment. I hope to see you once again. thanks again . it was a pleasure to have you as our guests.
we were 8 people coming in Rome for the wedding of our best friend. And we were so happy to have found this place! We had a lot of space although we were quiet a lot! I was the one who found the place, and all my friends thanked because we were really happy!
Perfectly clean, with very convenient furniture ( mirror, shower, iron, everything! )
And of course, the air conditioning was a bless for us! it is so hot in Rome, we felt very lucky to have the AC!
The area was absolutely perfect also, Monti is so cute and very trendy ! Little vegan/bio/hipster restaurants and bar in Via Urbana! it is less touristic than Campo di Fiori or Trastervere! More authentic!
Piazza di Monti was our place to stay at night with all young roman people!
Also, the lady who welcomed us was really nice, we had a nice talk! :) And all the reservation process was very simple and nice!
Thank you a lot for letting us stay, we really enjoyed our stay in Rome thanks to you!
Excellent Rome Condo
We just completed a 4 night stay here. It is truly a fantastic place. Great location and beautiful apartment. We highly recommend this rental. We would definitely stay here again.
thanks for your review...it was a pleasure to have you as our guests....thanks again
Right accomodation in a right place
Nice, clean and spaces, enough for 2 family with small children.
Centrally located, close to public transport(Metro))
However it would be good to provide extra blanket and pillows.
Everything was working fine, Wi-Fi extra cost was charged 10 Euro.
thanks a lot...we are happy that all was ok and you liked the apartment. I am sorry you didn't contact me , because otherwise I would have provided immediately for extra blankets and pillows....thanks again
Via Urbana is located in one of the oldest parts of Rome, called Rione Monti. this is a very good location and very trendy as there are a lot of pubs, bars and restaurants around- 300 m behind the colosseum and the forum romanum. Also the famous church Santa Maria Maggiore is just nearby. from here you can reach the most important sites by foot.
