There's easy access to Ponce Inlet for some of our favorite restaurants and parks, a quick drive across the Dunlawton Bridge to the mainland, and just a few minutes to the downtown area of Daytona Beach.

Keyless entry, clean, new furnishings and bedding.southeast corner of the building for great sun light, 2nd floor for privacy, stairs right outside the unit so you can just walk up and down like having a private entrance, but there's also an elevator just a few doors down for those who need it. You feel like you are part of the beach from the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom.

Balcony access off both the living/dining room and Master Bedroom offering an even better view and incredible breeze coming off the beach. Paradise!

Great Condo and building. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed for the month of March and appreciated all that this condo had to offer. It has wonderful views of the ocean and beach. The second floor is an ideal vantage point. It is located on the south side of the building and therefore receives a great deal of sunlight throughout the day. It has the added bonus of being located on the no drive beach. Everything that you could possibly need can be found... fresh linens and towels, comfy beds, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and high speed internet. A landline with long distance calling to US, Canada and Mexico has been added. The condo is very clean and not at all cluttered. The third bedroom has two queen size beds, ideal for guests. We were very fortunate to have met the owners. Terry and Cathy are extremely hospitable and friendly. They are very attentive and generous and truly strive to provide great accommodations for their guests. We will be returning next year and look forward to staying in this condo.

My husband and I spent January and February in this condo and will be returning next year to rent this same property as it is well maintained, with upgrades, such as automatic blinds and new mattresses on all of the beds. The furniture is very good quality, with leather seating and sturdy bedroom furniture. The unit is nicely decorated and has a wonderful beach feel. It is very clean and the floor plan works well if you have other guests, as they are separate from the master bedroom. This end unit is very quiet and only steps away from the pool and beach. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this unit!

Excellent Condo!

The view from the kitchen, family room and dining area was amazing. The bedrooms were all large and the beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked for almost anything you would want to cook. (The Publix grocery store just down the road was very convenient) The entire condo was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was very easy to work with. ?We hope to be able to come back soon!

The B family

This was our family vacation and it was great. The condo is amazing, everything you need except your clothes. More dishes and pot and pans then you could use. The place was so clean and nice. Refreshing to just unpack and enjoy. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Terry and Kathy for such a wonderful place. Love the no drive beach area too.

Absolutely Amazing!

From the moment we stepped into the condo, I knew this was a perfect place! I'm very particular about cleanliness and this exceeded my expectations. This condo is well stocked with everything you need and Terry and Cathy have definitely gone the extra mile to make the condo very welcoming. Mattresses are of very good quality, lots of good towels, and the de-humidifier keeps the room very comfortable and not "stuffy" and humid. The 2nd floor view is stunning and it's very conveniently located so you don't have to wait on the elevator. We had the good fortune to meet the owners while we were there and they are wonderful people! Very easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!!!!
