This modern 7th floor open plan apartment in the Eixample area is finished and decorated to a high standard - only a few minutes walk from the Passeig de Garcia,Barcelona's chic and most famous boulevard. The main living area has the benefit of air conditioning, TV, DVD and leads to a large terrace with incredible views over the Sagrada Familia, which is just a minutes walk away.

STUNNING!!

My partner and I had been to Barcelona twice before, staying in the Sants and Gracia districts. While we loved the "feel" of Gracia we both agreed that this apartment, with its stunning views of the Sagrada Familia, was the best we'd stayed in. This time we travelled with our 15 year old son who claimed he would love to live there permanently - his own little modern "bachelor pad". The roof terrace was stunning and we even managed to have breakfast outside a couple of times, a big bonus considering it was late October!

The apt provided everything stated and more. For example, we were greeted to a welcome pack containing Wine, Milk, Water, Cake and orange juice. If needed, beach towels were provided as was a flat screen TV, DVD's, CD's, cards and games which may have come in handy had the weather been bad.

Prior to leaving the UK, we were contacted by the agency who advised that the owner of the building had changed the lock on the main front door. They provided us with a contact name and telephone number. Catherine met us at the front of the building to hand over the new key - proving excellent customer service as, unbeknown to us, we'd arrived before the offical arrival time of 3pm.

Central to many sites and famous streets, there were many bars, bakeries, eateries in the location as well as a market selling fresh produce. Although busy and lively, once up on the 7th floor (lift provided!) we felt that we were in our own little Barcelonian paradise!!!

We all agreed that we would have no qualms about returning to Barcelona (again!) and would gladly stay in this lovely, clean, well maintained and spacious apartment!!!

Great place if you want to live like a Barcelonian

We spent 8 days in Barcelona at this wonderful condo. It is an excellent spot to experience city life in Barcelona away from the more touristy areas. The place was perfect for us. It had just enough amenities for an extended stay (lot's of space, hair dryer, small fridge, excellent AC, etc). The roof top area was our favorite spot and we enjoyed it every night. It is much larger than shown in the photos. There are local bread, meat, and cheese shops all over and an excellent wine store with a ton of Catalan wine on Girona. Make sure you walk the local area after 8 pm. There are a ton of surprise cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area. Head southwest on Mallorca towards the shopping area. The metro at Verdaguer is super easy and each trip is $1 euro if you buy a T-10 card. Getting to the Gothic, Born, and other sightseeing areas were only a few stops on the metro without a transfer. We always felt safe walking around our condo area at night.

This is an excellent place. We will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment, great location, great terrace

Everything was as described. Clean, modern, roomy apartment. We spent most of our time there out on the very large terrace looking at the Sagrata Familia (only 4 blocks away). Plenty of shops, markets and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient (1-2 blocks) to the Metro and buses to get to all the sites in town. Very nice, large bathroom. Note that the 2nd bedroom is tiny - just enough room for the twin beds, but since it was just 2 of us, we only used it for our suitcases. Loved it!

Comfortable and Well Placed Apartment with a Fantastic View!

We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenagers aged 14 and 16, we spent five nights in this apartment and had an amazing time. Everything was clean and comfortable and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack of bread, butter and water on arrival. The apartment is well placed and only a short walk from all the attractions with supermarkets and cafes only a short stroll away. What was extra special was the amazing terrace which overlooked La Sagrada Familia which truly was a sight to behold. This was our first visit to Barcelona, but it will certainly not be the last and I would most definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you again.
