Glynn purchased this Condo in 2009
Why Glynn chose Santa Fe
We love the southwest, Santa Fe in particular. There is as much to do here as you would get in any major city, and all within 15 easy minutes. Outside of Santa Fe, the drives are gorgeous and there are so many things to see. There is a large selection of brochures for your perusal in the condo.
What makes this Condo unique
Perfect weather nearly all the time, but if not--we have central AC and heating, and the sun is almost always up to greet you.

Fully equipped, plenty of parking, very enjoyable stay in fascinating city
Very nice condo
Everything was as advertised. Great location - near Plaza where we mostly went for dinners. Although over 30 years old, it was well kept and well maintained. We would stay again if we are back to Sante Fe.
Good place to stay
Condo, Southwest decor
Our group of four had a wonderful time in Santa Fe despite the snow storm. The condo provided plenty of room, it was very clean, and a good view of Santa Fe off the balcony. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The grocery store and mall were very convenient. The location is easy access to the plaza, but also easy to head north or south to all the parks and hiking trails. My only small complaint was that WiFi was slow and sometimes not functioning well.
We work hard to assure that the condo is comfortable and well equipped at all times. REGARDING THE EMAIL SERVICE: I wish this renter had let us know right away that the wifi wasn't working properly for them. We take that issue seriously. So we went to the condo TODAY-- as soon as I got this review--and the WIFI was working very well. I don't know what happened for them but it is working well for our computers.
Convenient and comfortable.
This is a clean, comfortable and convenient condo only about a five-ten minute drive from all the museums and old town plaza. It has plenty of towels, soap, plates, dishes, kitchen appliances, etc. It has a big balcony, although there is some traffic noise. When the windows are closed the condo itself is quiet. Had no trouble parking and it is a short walk and elevator ride up to the condo. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of closet space. We would stay here again.
Great property. Just as described. Would stay there again.
