A beautifully decorated condo, set high on a rise with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and city from the living room, dining area, and covered balcony. Walk just a Block to shops, restaurants, and cinema. A bit over a mile to the Plaza (can walk but we prefer Uber in high season or otherwise driving our car since parking is ample at the condo (and we're tired after a long day tredging around the city). Free High Speed, Wireless Internet.
Southwestern Decor: Kiva Fireplace, Ceramic Tile Floors and counter tops, Wood Beams on ceiling, Mexican Talavera Tile Sinks in bathrooms, very Comfortable Leather Furniture; ceramics and art; personalized touches throughout. Refurbished and refurnished: repainted, ceramic tiled, and all new furniture and appliances.
Our top floor (3rd floor) condo is airy and light with all the modern necessities, such as central air conditioning. We bought this condos as our second home for its convenient location (and view): quickly accessible to downtown, on the same road as the world famous Outdoor Opera, but set three floors above the summer congestion. A quarter mile to Guadalupe Street and you're in the downtown area--quick access from there to the plaza. Again, we recommend Uber or driving yourself as there is so much more to do and see that is outside the central plaza area. The ample parking at the condo makes the entire area of Northern California easy to access and easy to return home to put your feet up.
This HomeAway partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.
Both of us are university professors from California.
Glynn purchased this condo in 2009
We love the southwest, Santa Fe in particular. There is as much to do here as you would get in any major city, and all within 15 easy minutes. Outside of Santa Fe, the drives are gorgeous and there a so many things to see, we have a huge stack of brochures for your perusal in the condo.
Perfect weather nearly all the time, but if not--we have central AC and heating, and the sun is almost always up to greet you.
"Thank you very much for the use of your condo. It is very nicely decorated. We will definitely recommend it to others."
We have stayed in a number of Home Away properties but this by far was the best. It was clean, roomy, well stocked, in a quiet location, not far from downtown Santa Fe as well as other wonderful places to visit. Glynn, the property manager, was very responsive to our calls and emails and tried to make our visit to Santa Fe both enjoyable and unforgettable.
The condo was beautifully decorated with fantastic artwork from the owner, David Cope, as well as other southwestern pictures. Everything worked---appliances, TV, ad WIFI. There was more than an ample amount of brochures, pamphlets, books, and booklets with information about what to do and see while in this area of New Mexico. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and this Home Away was at the top of our list!
EXCELLENT!!!
This condo is in a central location for shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home.
The condo was very clean and cozy. It's in a very convenient location in Santa Fe. We were within minutes from every attraction we were interested in. The neighborhood was safe and clean. We recommend staying here. Thanks so much!
We would definitely want to stay again on our next trip...were so happy to have it be our home base. So convenient to everything.
Not fancy, perfect for a week in Santa Fe with my wonderful friend. All the essentials, convenient location, and functional kitchen! Thank you!
