This 1BR/1BA condo in the Seacrest complex is located on the SECOND FLOOR. It has a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and emerald green surf from your private beach front balcony.

The Master Bedroom has a KING-size bed with 26' Flat Screen TV and DVD player; one bathroom with linens provided; two crew bunks with a pocket door to closed off from the Great Room (Maximum 4 people); a kitchen fully equipped with crock pot, lobster pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender and then some. The Great Room is furnished with a 47-inch flat screen TV and DVD player, family board games and WIFI, FREE.

My husband and I came for spring migration and the location was a short drive to all our birding destinations. Afternoons on the beach were a bonus.The condo was great, it had all the comforts of home. The only disappointment we had was that the birds were running late this year. Definitely recommend !!

Awesome condo, excellent view

My wife and I had an awesome time at the gulf shores. Lola's condo was spotless and had a great decor. Made us feel very comfortable and safe. The view was excellent and only one story above the pool as well. The place had everything you could ask for and I mean everything. The elevators were nice but we hardly used them. The beach house restaurant across the street has outstanding food and a great happy hour every day. Having perfect weather was also an added bonus. We 100% recommend Lola's places.

Great condo, great location

My 5 year-old and I had a great week there! Not far from the Hangout....right on the beach....elevators were fast and never full! Kitchen was stocked and cleaning supplies were available too just in case you had an emergency. Owner was easy to contact and communicate with! Will visit again!

One great condo!

My husband and I recently stayed a week after Christmas at this condo. It was absolutely lovely. The condo was clean, well furnished and stocked with some basic needs if you don't get to the store the first day. A little cool for the pool being Dec. but with temps in the high 70's the beach was great. Lola was easy to work with , give her a call. One of the most comfortable bed that we have slept in! We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place.

Great Beach Condo!

We have vacationed in this condo twice now and we love it. The condo itself is great with all the luxuries of home. The kids love the bunk beds and it's perfect to have our own bedroom. The full kitchen is great so we could buy food and eat in from time to time. It's very clean and very up to date. Obviously you can't beat backing right up to the beach. The pool is nice and overall it's always a wonderful experience.

Departure Cleaning Fee $90 + Tax
Tax Rate 11.0%

One parking pass is included in the rental amount. If a second parking pass is needed, there is an additional $15.00 plus tax. Second vehicle is required to park in the North Parking Lot (across the street from Seacrest building). For multiple weeks contact owner for correct Rental Amount.

Reservations are Saturday to Saturday rentals only. After requesting a reservation owner will email the rental agreement for you to complete, sign and return with $200.00 Security/Damage Deposit. This is refundable after departure/inspection of the property. Rental payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Arrival information will be emailed upon receiving.
