First floor 4+4 first floor, (90 m²) 2 double bedrooms + sofabed for 4 persons in the living room.

Ground floor 4+2 ground floor, (80 m²) 2 double bedrooms + sofabed for 2 persons in the living room.

Ground floor 3 + 2 ground floor (70 m²) 1 triple bedroom + sofabed for 2 persons in the living room.

Completely air-conditioned and contemporarily equipped apartment that provides a true home away from home. The spaciousness of the apartment additionally emphasises the division between the bedroom, living room and terrace or balcony. Schöne Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet (zwei Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer, Klima, Waschmaschine, Grill, WLAN, TV, ...). Gepflegter Pool, schöner Garten, Riesen-Veranda, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, alles da. Die Lage ist auch super, einerseits sehr ruhig am Rand eines kleinen Örtchens, andererseits Supermärkte, Porec, Meer alles in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Auch nach Rovinj oder zum Istralandia Aquapark ist es nicht weit. Und der Vermieter ist super unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und kann super deutsch. Wir (Familie, Jungs 11 und 13) haben es sehr genossen. Ich glaube, die meiste Zeit haben wir einfach am/im Pool verbracht :)

Without doubt Porec is the capital of the Croatian tourism. Since half a century already the city is trying to reach that title, ever since tourism gained more and more importance. Since several successive years already Porec is unmatched regarding the first place it takes in the Croatian media and the Croation Central Tourism Office. No other touristic city in Croatia boasts as many prizes and awards. This success is due to the concentrated forces that the hotel business and the city offices have managed to combine. The city prepared every year at the end of the winter time so it gives a well-maintained impression for its guests. During the summer months you mostly find more guests than inhabitants in the city. The tourism in Porec does not only maintain itself because of the sun, the sea and the spotless touristic image. The summer guests of Porec know how to recognize a city.
