The 2-room apartment (3rd Floor) is built in 2005 and furnished modern and functional style. Bedrooms with comfortable box spring. The high quality sofa bed in the living room is convertible to double bed 140 x 200 and has a proper mattress for good sleep comfort. Flat TV with cable and DVD player are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer available function in the kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, knives, u. S. W. The bathroom has a bath with shower function and heated towel rail and hairdryer. All floors are tiled or hardwood.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.

Travel time (Marienplatz) with public transport about 10 minutes to the city center - the nearest underground station is only 4 minutes walk away. Fast motorway connections to CAP (50 minutes to the ski lift).

Great apartment living!

This is an apartment where you could actually live - all the conveniences of home including parking! Everything you need is provided. We were as comfortable as can be - even had our corner Bäckerei and a fabulous little Italian eatery with great food & atmosphere.

The owners communicated in a friendly & timely fashion, and their rep who met us at the agreed upon time was very accommodating showing us the ins and outs. Just a short walk to the U-Bahn or bus. We'll be back!

Wunderbar!

This place is so cool! We loved everything about it. The unit is located is an apartment building that seems fairly new and very well maintained. The neighborhood is pleasant and bustling. We were able to walk to 2 grocery stores. (Tengelmann is far superior to the other option.) There are several restaurants in the vicinity. There is no reason to be concerned about proximity to the major sights of Munich. The U-bahn is around the corner. In about 10 minutes, you can be at Marienplatz on the U-3 line. Add 5 minutes if you are travelling to the Hauptbahnhof, and another few minutes to get your bearings once you are there. The apartment itself is actually bigger than it appears in photos. We were really able to spread out. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. Payment was easy; no issues, no worries whatsoever. Everything was handled in an open, understandable manner. Finally, I must compliment the owners on the style and flair with which this apartment is both furnished and decorated. Much thought, effort and imagination are reflected throughout the entire unit. We found ourselves wishing we could have stayed much longer.

Updated corner apt close to U Bahn

Quiet third floor, one bedroom with plenty of space for a couple, and sleeps more on a sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dedicated and gated underground parking space. Located in an area of multi level apts and businesses, U Bahn is a 5 minute walk, close to restaurants. Owner helpful and easily accessible.

I would have rated it higher, but for the absence bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance.

Overall, a great place to stay. We would stay again on a future trip to Munich.

Note: bath tub not handicap friendly.

Munich is so convenient

We just spent 5 nights at this apartment and felt it suited us perfectly. The directions from the airport using the train and subway were very easy to follow (even at our 70+ years). It truly is located only about 4 minutes from the subway. It was very well furnished and there was a wealth of information on making the most of our days in Munich. The apartment was quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. There is nothing I would suggest to make it better.

Excellent choice in Munich

We stayed in the apartment for just over a week and were very happy. The communication with the owners was excellent and although we didn't meet them, they were extremely helpful and friendly over the internet. Access to the apartment was easy and efficient.

However, our immediate reaction on arrival was a little underwhelming, mainly because the curtains and the bedlinen were so creased that it gave the impression of being a little uncared for. However, apart from this lack of attention, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is on a corner, which means it gets good cross-ventilation if it's warm, and the windows have shutters, so one can block out the sun in the day. The corner is very busy with lots of traffic, so the apartment is noisy, which meant we really needed to close the shutters and the windows at night to keep out the noise. Also, there were roadworks outside the window, which of course is not the fault of the apartment!

The position is good with an underground station a short walk away, and good restaurants close by.

All in all, we would recommend the apartment, with the above proviso.

Great apartment

My husband and I love to live among the locals, and this apartment did not disappoint! It was a very quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and a market within walking distance. The U3 was a short walk. We enjoyed our time in Munich, especially hanging out in the apartment in the evenings after a long day of exploring the city. We had all of the comforts of home. We would stay there again. Thank you for the use of your space!
