Quiet location in an idyllic area, ideal for families and seniors, 10 minutes' drive from the beaches, 8 golf courses in the area, self-catering, (open plan kitchen / living room -60qm, ges. Living area: 140sqm), solar power house, large rooms, cots, excellent transport links, German caretaker maintains the garden and pool and is always approachable: good tips for trips, beaches, restaurants ect. Spain is very loud in general and in the tourist areas also sometimes late into the night. Here (in the country), it is rather quiet, relaxed and safe (even if one forgets sometimes complete the house :-)

Strategically the property (approx 800sqm) is very low, d. h. one is fast at the various beaches and in cities (Cadiz, Jerez, Vejer, Seville, Gibraltar or Marbella / Malaga). We have 14Jahre with our family lived here and always felt very comfortable. we are now, since the enrollment of our daughter in Berlin "sedentary". The welan connection works well and TV set there of course with more than 500 channels. The pool is for your exclusive use. Have fun and good rest!

Einfach Traumhaft

Wir waren bereits das vierte Mal in der Hochsaison in der Casa Olivia da - und es ist einfach immer wieder traumhaft. Uns gefällt die ausgesprochen ruhige Lage - weg vom Rummel im August inmitten eines wunderschönen Gartens. Ausflüge in die Umgebung gehen schnell und unkompliziert. Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla - die weißen Dörfer - wie Vejer. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Dazu ein große Auswahl wunderschöner Strände und das abendliche Conil ist zum Leute gucken und Tapas essen ideal. Das Haus, der Pool alles ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter haben tollte Tipps und sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Keine Wünsche bleiben offen und wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Der ideale Urlaubsort für Leute mit und ohne Kinder.

Landhaus mit guter Anbindung

Das Haus ist sehr schön aufgeteilt mit großen Räumen. Leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es müsste dringend was getan werden. Das Bett ist gut, die Küche ist vollständig und Wolfi kann man bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechen. Die Anbindung ist gut, das Hunde Gebell leider für diese Region normal, wir hatten das die letzten 4 Jahre rund um Conil überall. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft ok

Perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Töchtern die Herbstferien in der schönen Casa Olivia verbracht. Das Haus ist herrlich groß und gemütlich und der Vermieter hat gerade das Bad sowie den Wohnbereich sehr geschmackvoll neu gestaltet.

Im Garten finden die Eltern viele Ecken, um in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen und das Korkeichenwäldchen, welches direkt an das Grundstück grenzt wurde zum Abenteuerspielplatz für unsere Kinder.

Dank des tollen Wetters konnten wir sogar noch den Pool genießen!

Much to be improved...

It is true, that the house is large and has spacious room and garden; that it's far away from urban areas; that the pool is for exclusive use; that there is a person who is available to solve problems and that the owner is very friendly.

On the other hand it's also true that electricity and water are mostly very limited (having to call every day to the manager to solve it); that the house cleaning leaves much to be desired; that calm is relative because the pack of dogs of neighbors wake you up every day from 7.30 until mid-morning, nonstop; that wifi is shared with the neighbor (and has very little range), as well as the generating solar electricity! ; that the manager enters into the garden without notice and permission; that the nets around windows are not well placed and allow the entrance of all kinds of insects; that there is not allowed to enter the car; that there is a very bad smell if you open the front window of the master bedroom; that the veil that covers the canopy of the bed can not be removed and therefore being cleaned (so rather than preventing insects, it accumulates mites, fleas and other unidentifiable insects).

If the excuse for all this disadvantages is the price (which is not a gift), it would be advisable to charge a little more and provide even a better cleaning. Not because of being a rural accommodation it is necessary to pass hardships as having daily electricity and water problems and live in filth.

It is not a price issue, it is a matter of worth.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es war ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus bietet wie beschrieben alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist genial, wird regelmäßig gepflegt von der guten Seele Wolfi, der auch stets erreichbar war, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder mal eben das Gas alle war. Der herrliche Garten spendet mit seinen Palmen und Olivevenbäumen genug Schattenplätze, wenn die Sonne mal zu stark war. Der schnell erreichbare Strand bei Conil ist an der nicht bebauten Seite auch nicht so überlaufen. Herrliches Wasser und Wellen laden zur Erfrischung ein. Hundegebell ist für die sehr ländliche Umgebung des Ferienhauses eher typisch, dafür bleibt man von lärmenden Touristenmassen verschont. uns hat es nicht gestört, zumal wir selbst Hunde haben. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter und Wolfi.
