Brela Apartment Rental Photos and Description

1 bedroom with double bed, in the living room 1 sofa bed, 500m to the sea

The two cozy holiday apartments, each suitable for 2-4 people, located on the ground floor and the first floor of my terrace house, which protrudes into the historic center of Brela-Sosici.

The two terraces and the small garden (apartment 1) are framed by old, partially renovated stone houses, to the left side also extends a great, neighborly garden. Forward opens a fantastic view to the sea. Through shady vegetation in conjunction with simultaneous facing south, you will feel a fiddle on the terrace all year round.

The beach can be reached in just a few hundred meters over a public footpath. Only a few hundred meters towards the interior begins the mountain Biokovo.

The apartments are equipped with a spacious double bedroom, a living / dining room, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

I, as a landlord, have perfect knowledge of German.

Directions 1: Motorway Sestanovac (from A1 towards Dubrovnik), further towards Makarska, turn left after about 12 km into the coastal road towards Makarska, about 5 km away the town entrance: the first turn Brela, here on the right, next to the intersection left, after about 300 m is the house on the right side.

Coming from Germany:

Highway Passau - Catfish - Graz - border Slovenia - Maribor.

about 20 km from Maribor highway to the border of Croatia.

From here again highway - Zagreb - (Rijeka) to Karlovac -

Direction Zadar / Split up to 30km to Split - Exit Sestanovac -

then the direction of Makarska.

You drive about 12 km a mountain road and pass several villages, including Gornja Brela

only at sea Brela is the right, here turn left into the coastal road (still direction Makarska).

Split Airport signs to Dubrovnik / Makarska follow -

either follow the highway signs, or take the coastal road.

Directions 2: After 5 km comes to the right of the roadhouse SAMPIO N.

The parking lot is located directly in front of, or over the house.

The safe way (as with railings) is the public way, right next to the right next door (clearly visible on the glass stem) the stairs all the way down, then left and at the next opportunity once again left again a few meters up it up in front of the apartment . stand

Im Juli waren wir 2 erwachsene und zwei Hunde in der Erdgeschosswohnung bei mandica die Wohnung war super sauber es hat an nichts gefehlt die Vermieterin war sehr nett hat immer nachgefragt ob alles ok ist auch war sie immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle der Strand ist in 8 Minuten zu erreichen einkaufen in der Nähe auch das Restaurant ist super gut das Wasser Glas klar für die Hunde war es perfekt konnte direkt über den Fußweg zum Strand gerne kommen wir mal hier her wieder Danke noch mal Grüße aus Heubach von Karl-Heinz und Elvira Tom und Mona

Wir Karl-Heinz und Elvira waren vom 9.7 2016 -30.7 2016 in Brela bei mandica im Apartment im Untergeschoss mit zwei Hunden für die Hunde war es perfekt da abgeschlossen das Apartment war super sauber die Vermieterin nett und zuvorkommend es hat an nichts gefehlt der Strand war in 8 Minuten zu erreichen das Wasser super sauber gerne kommen wir in dieses Apartment zurück auch das Restaurant in der Nähe ist spitze einkaufen auch in der Nähe wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und gut bis bald Lg Karl-Heinz und Elvira Rosenfelder

Tolle Ferienwohnung in verwunschener Lage

Im Mai 2015 waren wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 8 bzw. 1Jahr alt) in der kleinen Ferienwohnung bei Mandica in Brela. Es war eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche und wir werden 2016 voraussichtlich wiederkommen!

Die Lage in Brela ist toll, am Berghang gelegen, traumhaft ruhig und mit wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu schaffen, zurück kommt man natürlich etwas ins Schwitzen (vor allem wenn man ein Baby trägt), aber das ist die Lage wert.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet (auch für Kleinkinder), absolut sauber, die Betten sind bequem, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mandica, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht hervorragend deutsch und hat uns und die Kinder herzlich umsorgt.

Wer eine etwas zurückgezogenere Lage bevorzugt liegt mit dieser Ferienwohnung absolut richtig. Wir können sie nur empfehlen.

Both Apartments are protected from street noise and Tourism Trouble between olive and fig trees on the hillside above the Croatian Riviera.

The beach is a 500 m long, public footpath downhill, back to be reckoned with 10 minute walk uphill in a comfortable speed. Since the entire local area Brela is built into a hillside, there is virtually no parking spaces close the beach.

The picturesque seaside town of Makarska is 10 km away. From there, there is a ferry to the island of Brac. Split, UNESCO World Heritage Site and secret "capital of Dalmatia" is about 50 km away and can be reached via motorway and coastal road by car.

Easily reached on foot, about 200 meters away, there is the excellent restaurant IVANDICA DVORI, a little further away is the equally good, recommended restaurant at the port of FERAL Brela.

The nearest supermarket and fruit and vegetable stand are 500 m away.
