Our apartment no. 1 is suitable for 2 to 4 people max.

It is located in the apartment living room with kitchen with sitting area, Sat / TV, large balcony, shower / WC and a bedroom with a double bed and a large sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm).

They can be stored in our closed garage your vehicle. For recreation we have a table football, table tennis, pedal tractor for children, or badminton in our meadow. Feel free to (visit young cattle, rabbits, chickens, cats, dogs and even touch, we will accompany you to our animals) and our animals. Fresh milk can be obtained also from our neighbor (200 m), we do not have any milk since we operate only rearing.

The Paderlafoderhof is located on the sunny south side of the Val Gardena.

For more than a hundred years, the farm has farmed, formerly as a full-time, today as a sideline with "farm holidays" as an important acquisition.

Earlier, 10-12 people lived from the proceeds of the farm today, the income from agriculture alone is no longer sufficient for a small family. It is still rearing young cattle, apple, pear, plum, nut, and chestnut trees gracing our fields and contributing to agricultural revenues.

Enjoy farm holidays in our two apartments in Lajen at the entrance to Val Gardena.

We reserve the right to rent the apartments separately, which means that availability will not always require both apartments.

Winter sports in the ski area Dolomiti Superski !!!If you are an avid skier or snowboarder then you are in the right place. We are 12 km from St. Ulrich the beginning of the ski area "Dolomiti Superski" away.

From early December to early April, all lifts are open.

Skiing is not for you? Then why not visit the Christmas markets in the whole of South Tyrol in the pre-Christmas season in Klausen, Bressanone, Bolzano, Merano, Brunico or even in Innsbruck.

  • Our bedroom in apartment no. 1 has a double bed and a Schlafcoch which is often used for 1 or 2 children. You get into this apartment and the bedroom to the balcony. All linen (sheets, towels and tea towels are provided by us. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the Schlern, the Sella group and the Eisacktal.

A Very comfortable apartment with a spectacular view

The apartment is on the second floor of a house nestled along the mountainside with a wonderful view of the valley below and the neighboring hills. The place is very clean and very comfortable. Because the weather was so pleasant in late May, we were able to enjoy our meals on the balcony that shows in the picture of the house used in the HomeAway ad. The owner was very attentive to our needs. It was nice to have a garage for our car. The scenery in the area is amazing, and this home is a good base for seeing it.

- der Verkehr auf Straße vor dem Haus ist zur Rushhour etwas störend, auf kleine Kinder sollte man acht geben

- Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker stehen zum Spielen bereit

- Hasen, Hühner und Katzen auf dem Hof

Siamo stati in vacanza una settimana con i bambini che si sono divertiti grazie ai giochi Messi loro a disposizione dalla struttura. L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e dotato di ogni necessità. C'è un garage coperto per l'auto. I proprietari sono cordiali e gentilissimi, sempre pronti ad aiutarti...un paesaggio mozzafiato. A 2 km c'è il paese di laion per ogni evenienza... Insomma tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!!

Siamo stati ospiti pe un week end a febbraio e abbiamo trovato la location impeccabile!

Casa perfetta, pulita, dotata di ogni comodità. Facilissima da raggiungere dall'autostrada e vicinissima a tutte le località sciistiche della valle, raggiungibili in pochi minuti.
