Spacious frontline beach apartment with panoramic seaviews to rent. The property is located on the first floor, just 30 meters beside the beach. The apartment is very spacious with a total surface of over 210m² - 100m² built plus over 110m² of large partly covered terrace.

The spacious living room offers comfortable lounge area and dining area, both with seaviews. When you seat on the sofas you overlook the sea. From living room you have direct access to the spacious terrace with outside dining table, comfortable lounge furniture set for 4 people and two sunloungers. Here you can enjoy the views and sun all day long!

The master bedroom has also direct access to the terrace and offers also en-suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bath on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment offers A/C troughout (warm/ cold), SAT-TV, WIFI/ WLAN internet access (extra costs) and underground parking space (extra costs).

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. The apartment has air conditioning system for heating and cooling troughout, sattelite TV and offers amazing seaviews. The main balcony terrace facing out to the near pool and sea. Here you will find 2 outside dining areas and several sunloungers. The south orientation of the apartment allowes you to enjoy the sund untill late evening!

Traumhaft....

Wir - 2 Ehepaare und ein kleiner Zwergpudel - waren voll auf begeistert von der wunderschönen, sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich die großzügige Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Rundumblick auf das Mittelmeer und die sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: wenn die Wohnung für 4 Personen angeboten wird, dann sollten vielleicht auch 4 Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung stehen und nicht nur 2.

Auf jeden Fall waren wir super zufrieden, auch im Vorfeld hat sich das Beer-Team super bemüht und all unsere Anfragen umgehend beantwortet.

Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wünschen allen weiteren Bewohnern schon jetzt einen tollen Urlaub.

Zum Wohlfühlen, schöne Wohnung, super Lage.

Die Beschreibung im Internet ist korrekt und die Wohnung ist gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und vier schöne, abwechslungsreiche und erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Lage und Terrasse sind phantastisch. Die Freizeit-, Ausflugs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend.

Eine wiederholte Anmietung, auch für einen längeren Zeitraum, können wir uns gut vorstellen.

dieses Appartment hat wirklich eines der allerschönsten Aussichten an der Küste bei Estepona - diese Terrasse ist fantastisch - das Appartment auch wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet - hier kann man auch im Winter sonnenbaden !

Einfach Klasse

Selten haben wir (Familie mit Kind) einen so entspannten Urlaub gehabt. Die FeWo ist hell, sehr schön direkt am Meer nur 50 Meter zum Strand gelegen. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, in der Küche fehlt nichts. Und die Sonnenterassse ist einfach nur die Schau....

Die Vermietung ist professionell, und das meine ich wirklich im positiven Sinne !

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön gelegen. Man kann direkt auf das Meer schauen und ist mit dem Auto schnell einkaufen und kann es als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nehmen. Wir haben Sevilla, Granada, die Al Hambra und die Sierra Nevada gesehen. Außerdem waren wir in Ronda(SUPER TIP), auf Gibraltar, in Tarifa (Wale und Delphine mit firmm!erlebt )und in Marbella. Das Wetter war super und die Menschen freundlich.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt zum kochen und frühstücken. Wir hatten einen Ansprechpartner den wir kurzfristig erreichen konnten und der sich bei Fragen direkt um uns gekümmert hat.

Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas abgenutzter als die Fotos erkennen lassen, allerdings waren die Betten gut und die Badezimmer haben einwandfrei funktioniert, das wichtigste meiner Meinung nach!!

Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. :-)

Traumwohnung am Meer

Nach langem Suchen haben wir unsere Traumwohnung in Spanien gefunden. Es war völlig problemlos sich die Wohnung bei einem vorherigen Aufenthalt in Spanien anzuschauen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau dem Angebot im Internet. Traumlage direkt am Wasser, riesige Terrasse, Blick bei gutem Wetter bis nach Afrika, super Ausstattung, sehr netter zuvorkommender Service seitens der Vermieter, sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Das hieß für uns: ankommen, wie zu Hause fühlen und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Die Vorabinformationen, z.B. Öffungszeiten zu Weihnachten und Silvester und viele andere Dinge, haben wir teilweise genutzt und waren sehr hilfreich.

Wir kommen wieder, das ist keine Drohung sondern ein Versprechen.

Danke für die tolle Zeit in Ihrer Strandwohnung.
