3 1/2 room luxurios apartment on 1st floor of a 2-family-chalet, 78 m2. All year access with parking. Nice and quiet location. Balcony with mountain view. Modern kitchen with dishwasher/microwave. Living/dining-room, cable-TV/radio/tel/Internet-connection, 2 double bedrooms. Bath/WC, washing machine. Near ski bus. Free entrance to the sport center. Domestic animalss are not allowed.

'In Zuum' Chalet- fantastic!

This is a fantastic chalet within easy walk from the village centre. Buses to the village pass by the door. The stop is about a 50 m walk away . From the village bus terminus you can get buses to all the major ski slopes so getting around is easy.Train station is about a 10 minute walk uphill, but very easy.Plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the village, but if you feel like self-catering then you will find that you have everything you could possibly need. The Chalet is very clean and tidy,and has everything you could possibly want.Great heating and very well equipped kitchen.There are at least 2 supermarkets in the village. The Visitors card get you free entry to the Sport Centre and free Bus travel, very handy! My daughters spent a day iceskating at the Sport Centre when they got tired of skiing and it just cost the skate hire! Mr and Mrs Almer are the best hosts ever. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a wealth of knowledge about the beautiful Grindelwald area. We were there over Christmas and Mrs Almer bought us up a plate of her homemade biscuits which were delicious. Mr Almer gave us a bottle of local wine the day we got there was always shovelling the driveway so that it was safer to walk up and down (lots of snow). In short, these people are truly wonderful, not intrusive, but helpful when required. They live in the apartment downstairs.The rental Chalet is upstairs under the Roofline. Their Chalet has everything that you could possible need or want.I can highly recommend both the Chalet and the Almers to anyone interested in going to this beautiful part of the world, be it spring , summer or winter.

The chalet is in the beautiful Grindelwald. The world-famous Eigernordwand is directly across from your holiday apartment with unobstructed view of the impressive mountain world of Grindelwald. The chalet is lone-standing on a slope. The parking space for your car is directly next to the chalet.

In a 5 minute walk, you can get to the centre, train station, restaurants and shopping facilities.

The bus stop is 50m from the chalet and brings our guest to all railway stations .

Good access during the summer and winter and a parking space.
