Clean, well equipped apartment with everything you could need and very close to the centre of Munich

Very clean and comfortable apartment close to the centre of Munich. Thomas was very helpful and recommended a Greek restaurant 5 mins walk away which was great. Supermarket also very near (2mins) and peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to be near Munich with the option of self catering and freedom that a hotel room does not offer.

Great Location and Great Price

This is a very comfortable apartment in a great location. Just a couple of minutes walk from a train stop and then a few minutes ride to the heart of Munich. Thomas Alt is very well organized and responsive. If we had a question, it was answered promptly. The apartment is very clean and quiet. The only downside was that we managed to hit Munich during a heat wave and would have loved to have air conditioning (but you could say that about every apartment in Europe and most restaurants). There were a couple of fans in the apartment which helped immensely. Munich is a beautiful city with many things to explore, and this is a great economical apartment from which to do so.

Pros and Cons

This is a great place for families. The bedrooms are separate, it's cost competitive, there is a kitchen and it's convenient to the trains. The parts that we didn't like was no soap for the shower and no air conditioning (which is normal for Germany but hot for Americans during the summer).

Spacious and in a great area

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and a quick metro ride to downtown. The metro stop was less than a 5 minute walk down the road. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean apartment in Munich!

Arriving by car: From Nuremberg A9 exit Mittlerer Ring Ost. The Federal Road (B2R), followed by 5.4 kilometers, then turn right into Einstein Street. After 500 meters take the first left on Grillparzerstrasse. The itinerary followed by 1.4 kilometers to Orleans Street. Turn right at the Balanstrasse left and after 500 meters of the 3rd Street take right onto St-Martin-Strasse. Turn another 500 meters to Hohenwaldeckstrasse and you've reached your destination.

From the A94: Follow the A94 motorway until the end, then turn left directly onto the Einstein Street and follow as above for description. From the A8: Follow the highway A8 until the end. Stay on the line Rosenheimerstrasse. Then, after 1.2 kilometers turn left to stay on the road to Rosenheim (29 meters) and follow the itinerary on the Saint-Martin-Strasse 900 meters. Turn on the Hohenwaldeckstrasse and you've reached your destination.
