Clean and convenient
We enjoyed our stay in this property, located conveniently close to a subway stop and grocery store. The area is residential and safe. The owner, Thomas, met us at the agreed on time and was helpful answering our questions and showing us the apartment. He also had water and milk in the refrigerator, which was appreciated. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has a nice tub/shower combo. Our only constructive criticism is that there is only a sofa for sitting furniture in the living room, and it is not comfortable. If would be nice if an easy chair was added. Overall, though, a delightful stay.
Lovely apartment in Obergeising, Munich
This apartment was just perfect for us. It is lovely -- clean, comfortable, fully furnished, modern yet cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. It is located on the ground floor of a newish building in a residential neighborhood of Munich, one block from an S-Bahn train station, just a few stops from central Munich, as well as near several tram lines. There are restaurants and markets located within walking distance. The owner is pleasant and available if there are any problems (which there were not). We would highly recommend this
property for your stay in Munich.
Apartment clean and host helpful. Convenient position.
Enjoyed our stay here. Two days not quite enough and forgot how much closes down for Easter. That said, we used the station shop and got everything we needed. Property clean and beds comfortable

Clean and in a nice location
Thomas was very kind and was willing to answer all of our questions. The property is perfect for a couple. And it is close to the train station with a super easy transfer to downtown Munich. There is a fantastic greek restaurant down ther street. The only disappoint we found was limited towels and bedding.

The unpunctual host left me waiting for an hour on arrival
The property is nice and clean, but I had a bad experience with the owner, who kept me waiting for a full hour on my arrival.
We have previously agreed on the meeting time. I have arrived at the property address just in time, but I had to stay outside the building in quite cold weather waiting for the owner. I have tried to call, but he was unavailable on his cell phone, so I wasn't able to reach him. Finally, he has appeared one hour after the mutually agreed time, showed me in and left without any proper explanation or excuse.

Apartment was clean and warm, shower was good.
It could do with better pillows and there is no washing machine. Be aware also the fridge/cupboards are bare....no welcome coffee/tea/ sugar etc
Not a bad option all things considered
Arriving by car: From Nuremberg A9 exit Mittlerer Ring Ost. The Federal Road (B2R), followed by 5.4 kilometers, then turn right into Einstein Street. After 500 meters take the first left on Grillparzerstrasse. The itinerary followed by 1.4 kilometers to Orleans Street. Turn right at the Balanstrasse left and after 500 meters of the 3rd Street take right onto St-Martin-Strasse. Turn another 500 meters to Hohenwaldeckstrasse and you've reached your destination.
