The beautiful holiday home with about 2010 SqFt (~185 m²) of living space offers space for 6 people. It has high quality and modern furnishing and has three friendly bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious living/dining area and a wonderful, solar/electric combined heated pool (about 9x4m) with jacuzzi, waterfall and a dock. The villa is equipped with everything that you need for a wonderful, sunny, relaxing holiday. Let the enchantment of this idyll attract you. There are enough dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, along with towels and bedsheets. As extra, we provide a PC, one set of women and men golf clubs, beach equipment and a selection of movies on DVD for your entertainment. The villa is cared for by a property management that we trust. You will receive all information and help that you need for a completely satisfying holiday.
Destinations: There are a lot of parks and lakes in Cape Coral, along with countless dream beaches like Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. You will find water parks, fun parks and everything that is fun directly on site. Only a few hours away by car is Disney World with all of its attractions, Busch Gardens and countless other parks.
Arrival: Cape Coral can best be reached from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers 30 km away.
Furthermore, Cape Coral is also well connected to the somewhat further away international airports of Miami and Tampa. Without 2.5 hours by car through the comfortable American highways you can arrive in Cape Coral.

The minute we walked into Villa Blue Moon we knew we made a great choice! Everything is just like the pictures. This is a spacious villa with wonderful amenities. The decor is beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the great walk in shower, the comfortable recliner, the wonderful southern exposure pool and hot tub.....we could go on and on. Ruth and Bernd were easy to work with and their property managers, Robert and Tanya were so helpful in explaining all that we needed to know about the house. We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Blue Moon for six weeks (mid-Feb till end of March) and were very happy with our choice. The house is located in a very nice, suburban neighborhood and is well stocked with all the amenities, including a pack n play and high chair if anyone requires. The solar heater was great - keeping the pool and spa at a comfortable level even after the electric heater failed and was in need of repairs. We found the property management team of Robert and Tanja to be very professional, responsive and attentive to any concerns we had - with Robert even coming one evening at 8pm. The owner, Ruth, who lives in Germany was also very easy and accommodating to deal with via email and responded quickly to any questions I had. One note worth mentioning: Contrary to what we were told by the neighbor from across the canal, it is OK to feed the turtles. As confirmed by the Cape Coral Rotary Park Environmental Center, they should not be fed any bread as it will bloat them. Lettuce or other vegetation or actual pellets from a pet store is what is recommended for these very friendly turtles.
Just what we needed for our family. Plenty of room, the pool was great, many extras like beach gear and kitchen storage. Would definitely come again!
We were the Blue Moon Villa the week of 2/10. Everything was in very shape. This villa is close to everything we wanted to visit. The warm pool (85 degrees) was a welcome site. The owners and care takers were at our call at anytime which makes a stay much more enjoyable. HA is a great company to work through. We are looking forward to next year.

The first houses were built in Cape Coral at the end of the 50s. It is located in southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico and first received city rights in 1970. It is known as the 'Venice of Southwest Florida' and is also called the 'waterway wonderland'. Its significant design is through the creation of altogether 640 km of waterways and canals, some with access to the Gulf of Mexico. A lot of the properties are located on a canal, like the Villa Blue Moon, with a private dock.
Cape Coral is the second largest city in Florida in terms of size. The number of residences is just under 170,000 (2007) and receivers about 20,000 more during the winter thanks to the tourists and 'snow birds' (Americans from the north/Canada who spend the winter here). Despite this size, the local crime rate is clearly below the average in the USA.
Golf: In Cape Coral and the surrounding area you will find a few of the most challenging golf courses in Florida. Players of all handicaps enjoy challenging golf on top rated championship courses. The courses are not comparable with European courses - a lot of nature, old trees, water everywhere and mostly fast greens. A lot of courses nearby. A map with all golf courses in the region is located in the house. The fee per round is always different depending on the season and should be asked in advance. The prices are always including a golf cart.
Golfers have 2 complete sets of clubs (1x women & 1x men) in the garage available.
