Relax and enjoy the white sand beaches of South Walton, Florida. Our condo is located at THE VILLAGE, a quiet, UPSCALE beach community along the scenic gulf coast line (30-A) right next to the Town of Rosemary Beach, with its own brand new large 2 pools and spa/ hot tub , children pool and restaurants and grocery store on site and market plaza, bike rental.The Village of South Walton has everything a family could ask for. Explore the shops, fine dining, the sights at Rosemary Beach and the nearby seaside villages. Other recreation in the area, including parks, tennis courts, golf course, fitness center, are all at a walking distance. On site, at the Village , we have a very good steak and seafood restaurant, Deli for lunch and casual dinner.

The pool is right there, next to the condo. You can see your kids from the balcony.

Each seaside village along 30-A, including Seaside, Water Color and Grayton Beach, has its own style but their common denominator is fun and relaxation as a way of life. There are many unique and fascinating little shops and gourmet restaurants. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is at walking distance from our condo. There you can play 36 holes and they have a professional driving range.

We offer a fully furnished, brand new, elegantly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen, laundromat washer and dryer in the building. The third floor, ocean view balcony, overlooks the plaza , and beach access is a pleasant 7 minute walk away. There is a complimentary tram shuttle to the beach and to the Seacrest lagoon pool !!It runs every 30 min.

The master suite has a king size bed and a double vanity bathroom with a jacuzzi type jet tub and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms and the living room have a television and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops, fine wood cabinets and a large dining area. The floor is beautifully covered with Travertine stone that extends all the way to the balcony. 10 foot ceilings!!!

You have available also an amazing and giant 12,000 sqf lagoon pool surrounded by lush landscaping, water falls, fountains and special children's area. Free shuttle to and from the beach and to and from the lagoon pool.

Escape the overcrowded beaches, traffic, and high rise buildings of nearby popular vacation spots, like Destin and Panama City Beach, and instead, discover a scenic, peaceful, unique destination at Seacrest and Rosemary beaches. We love our condo and we keep it mint for your pleasure. The best upscale living location in the Panhandle. The Village is about excellent quality of life. It is located on East County Highway 30-A right next to Rosemary Beach and a 5 minute drive east to Panama City Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villages in Seacrest very much. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location and view from the balcony was perfect. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music playing on the lawn below and watching the beautiful sunsets. Can't wait until our next trip! Thank you!

Great property.

Great property. It was very clean. Close to everything. Just wish we could have cut the air down a little lower than 72 at night because master bedroom tends to get hot at night. Other than that no complaints.

Very nice condo. Very clean and perfectly maintained.

The condo is very comfortable and it has new appliances. The view is nice and the location is wonderful with restaurants nearby and also shopping.

The tram they offered to and from the beach is the great convenience and we used it every day.

The walk to the beach is not bad though eight or 10 minutes at the most.

We will definitely return to this condo.

The two pools they have, one for children is great and also the new grilling area.

It's time for some updates!!

The owner seems nice! It is definitely time for some updates though. Do you see that chandelier hanging over the kitchen table? My sister and law and I were sitting at the table at 5:00 in the evening, having a conversation, and the light fell out of the ceiling and crashed on to the table. Thankfully no one was hurt and crazy enough, nothing broke. We called the owner immediately to ensure he knew we were sitting at the table talking. We're hopeful he will honor our security deposit. It's just time for some updating. Not just covering furniture, but some real updating.

I feel bad for the owners of these places, the spring break situation is out of control. The number of disrespectful 7th - 10th grade (I'm guessing) young people in this pavilion area was out of control. We saw drinking, young girls with next to no clothes on, no parents ever to be seen. The kids don't allow cars to drive on the streets. We heard ugly language. We saw kids talk back to the police officers trying to clear the streets. Just an overall sad scene. These things are not the owners fault! This is a culture/society issue with affluent families.

It's a beautiful area. The owner was kind when we spoke on the phone. The spring break scene with the MIA parent is just rough. The condo does need to be updated though. It's a very old, tired condo. Some solid updates (from decorating stores in 2017) would serve the condo well. And we would strongly suggest the light be installed better.

Overall is was a nice week with family but there were lots of things that could have made it better.
