About Shauna Rowell and Robyn Ring

This picture was taken of us when the lake was frozen over in the winter and we were quading with the kids and dogs. Love it here in the winter. The air is fresh and clean and the town is much quieter then in the summer.

Shauna Rowell and Robyn Ring purchased this house in 2005

Why Shauna Rowell and Robyn Ring chose Invermere

We have owner in the valley for 15 years, and wanted a bigger place for entertaining friends. We also wanted to be in town where the restaurants are within walking distance. We love not having to drive anywhere.

What makes this house unique

You can walk to the bakery for coffee, go see a movie, the kids can get to and from the skatepark by themselves. We get the the proximity of the lake and mountains, but the convenience of town.

Car: necessary

The beach is very close by, within walking distance and all of the towns amenities are walking distance away. The pub, the grocery store, shops, the farmers market and the ski bus pick up spot. You have to the farmers market on Saturdays, right downtown for all your produce and crafts. this is a our favorite place to be in the summer, we can walk everywhere and the kids can be free to roam around unrestricted. Its a very safe family community. Lots of cute stores, great restaurants and summer activates to keep everyone busy. Boat rentals are available at the marina, as well as boat storage. The guys can golf the many coarses in the area, like Grey Wolf at Panorama, or Eagle Ranch, and I go to the Spa, there are several good ones close by.Fusion is walking distance and has a great massage.

Notes:
Who doesnt want to holiday in a spacious home that feels comfortable and cozy? Well thats what we thought! We wanted this home to be better then our home, to be able to forget about work and just enjoy the wildlife, the sunsets, the birds, the sound of the train passing through. We think a holiday is when you experiacne something completely different then the norm and thats the beauty of this hime and its location. Walking through town to pick up groceries instead of drving everywhere. The area has boat and kayak rentals, bike rentals, amusements parks, golf coarses, Fairmont hot springs, Radium hot springs and many other fun family activites.

Great place, better location

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for both uptown, and the beach. The pub down the street was fantastic and a short walk away. The only thing i wish we could have uses was the gas fireplace on the deck. It's a beautiful set up. We were unable to use the fireplace in the yard due to the fire bans that were in effect.

We'll be back.

An amazing property right in the heart of Invermere.

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was quiet, within walking distance of the beach and town, and was everything we had hoped for.

The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean and there was plenty of nice little areas in the house to relax.

Shauna was responsive and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this location to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family home

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful week in this property. It was very spacious for us and accommodating. We had ages from 6 months to 80 years of age. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for us all and it rained pretty well the whole week so lots of room for good conversations and gathering for dinners. The downtown is so close so we were able to walk all the time. The beach is close and there are wonderful walking trails around that lead back to the house. The decks are perfect for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We will definitely hope to be back.

Pleasant & Comfortable Stay

  • 4 of 5

We had a few issues, like we were given the wrong access code, but overall the home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the bedrooms, the wardrobe was padlocked, so one of the couples had no storage space. We were 6 adults and 2 kids and never felt cramped. Property was well located.

I would stay again and the owners provided good service.

We had a great stay in your home, lots of space for our family, we rented the additional suite downstairs for our kids with the new born baby, and that gave them an extra kitchen for heating bottles. Lake was terrific, warm weather was perfect!
