This is a newly built townhouse style property, located on the Dona Pepa II complex, with private community pool, showers and separate children’s pool in grassed area approximately 50 metres away. Set in a peaceful location yet centrally located for all amenities. The house is fully furnished to a very high standard fully equipped for all your home comforts. There is dual temperature air conditioning downstairs as well as ceiling fans upstairs digital satellite TV. Comprises 1 double bedroom with patio doors leading onto west facing sun terrace with outstanding views, plus 1 twin bedroom and separate luxury bathroom with shower. The downstairs comprises of lounge/diner with, separate fully equipped kitchen and also additional WC & washbasin. Front and rear patio including garden furniture for those relaxing sunny days. There is also a utility room containing washing machine and other necessary items.

Directions from Alicante Airport: Turn right out of car hire car park. Straight over 1st and 2nd junctions and turn right on to dual carriageway. Take the first right off this road onto the N332, sign posted Santapola/Alicante/Cartegena (you will pass through a tunnel) keep going on this road following signs for Guardamar/Cartegena/Torrevieja. You will pass through salt lakes on either side of the road. Keep following signs for Cartegena/Torrevieja you will go over a roundabout Guardamar is on your left you will also see hotels on the left of the car. Take the right hand turning sign posted Montesinos. You are now on a straight road keep going until you see a sign for La Laguna hotel the turning is to the right just after the sign. You should now be driving past the Euromarina offices and La laguna hotel. Go straight on at 1st roundabout and take the 4th exit at the 2nd roundabout. Go straight down the road for about 1/4 mile at the roundabout take the 1st turning right our home is in the 1st block no. 46 Sandra. .
local pubs and restaurants: There are numerous pubs and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away he are a few we have tried. The spice room is a good Indian restaurant just off the main street open from 7p.m. but closed on Tuesdays. Probably the best Indian you will ever try its only drawback is it slightly expensive but well worth a visit. The British run George pub is just off the main street and probably has the cheapest drinks in town. They also have Karaoke on different nights of the week. Further along is the Don Carlos a Spanish run pub with good basic meals. If you leave the Dona Pepa complex to the left of the Euromarina offices you will pass the Budapest Hungarian restaurant its not cheap and you may need to book but excellent food. Further along the road to the right is Manolas always busy and worth a visit.
The bustling town of Torrevieja: At about a 10-15 minute drive away is Torrevieja which boasts stretches of golden sandy beach’s, esplanade, large marina and numerous international restaurants and bars. For the young at heart there are clubs, music bars and foam parties for you to party the night away. As well as being fishing and trading port Torrevieja is renowned for the La Mata and Torrevieja salt lagoons, now listed as a natural park. It is well visited for its therapeutic mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife.

We were a bit apprehensive about booking directly with owners as opposed to going for the tour operator package holiday but needn't have worried. Everything went like clockwork. The townhouse is lovely, well situated, clean, in a quiet well maintained complex with a great pool. Loads of fabulous restaurants/pubs nearby and beach a 5-10 min drive. If I had to be picky the only downfall was no wifi (not a problem for us but teenagers complained) but was available wherever we went. The owners are exceptionally helpful & were spot on with restaurant recommendations. Overall very good value I would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and homely
Good base for going out. The bed was really comfy but the pillows rather hard. However, always had a good night's sleep. Kitchen contained everything required. Loads of towels and bedding and the bath was lovely and large - perfect for a rheumatoid sufferer.
Only minus is the TV. Not only was it incredibly small for the room it also made this awful buzzing noise which could be heard over everything. TV needs replacing.
Defo use this place again if we re-visit Quasada. It is not very far from the main town and 2 supermarkets are nearby. Lidl a stone throw away and the larger supermarket 3 mins by car.

Had everything you could ask for in a holiday let. Only negative point was lack of air con in bedrooms was very hot upstairs

Stayed at property between 28th March and 3rd April"Not to Early" house in Quesada, a party of 3 adult males..
The house on our arrival was immaculate and was very well equipped with all mod cons for both home and beach use
Whilst not used the TV has SKY channel. .
Whilst very centrally located and within easy reach of supermarkets and a short walk in to the center of Quesada where there are a variety of bars and restaurants, transport is a necessity if you wished to go further afield.
2 suggestions:: Clothes hook on back of bathroom door and as a safety issue, wrought iron door at top of stairs
Thoroughly enjoyable stay and highly recommended ,weather was a delight,no problem recommending property.

The lovely Dona pepa II complex located in Ciudad Quesada is only a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks or good public transport. Situated on the edge of the natural park with fantastic views of the salt lakes. Quesada is only a 10 minute drive from Unthe beautiful blue flag sandy beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home of the superb La Marquesa Golf club and Aqua Park. It is also within a 20 minute drive of four other championship golf club which includes: Villamartin, La Finca and just a little bit further south La Manga. Terra Mitica a Theme park with outstanding shows for groups of all ages is approximately a 1 hour drive north. This is an ideal property for a family holiday location for sun, sea, water sports, golf, fishing or simply just to take time out and relax. The restaurants in the local area are of high quality paticulary about 4 miles away at Daya Nuevo Other Activities: local Aqua park within 1 mile Directions From Alicante airport take road from Airport towards Alicante from Airport roundabout After about half a mile you will see signs to the right hand junction to Santa Pola and Guadamar Take this turn off You will now be on the N322 Continue straight including a couple of roundabouts for approx 25miles By this time you will pass the town of Guadamar to your left As you rise away from Guadamar one will see a junction to the left for Los monte sims Take this turning At the roundabout on top take first turning off left This road is known locally as Lemon Tree Road Continent for about 3miles and at the third roundabout on this road you will see a sign saying urbanisation Dona Pepa Take this right turn off the roundabout After 75yards take first turning to the left Then to end of this short road and turn right In another 150 yards at junction turn left Continue 300yards approx and at roundabout take second exit This is Avenida De Malaga Continue to stop at give way sign the go straight At next roundabout go straight and our house is about 75 Yards on the right We cannot accommodate animals For stays of less than one week there is an additional charge of 60 Euros for cleaning . Also we would inform people that there are no Spanish language TV channels at the property but many English channels

A non refundable deposit of £100 pound to secure booking is required. Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Transfers from the airport to the property can be arranged.
