Built 2002 and new renovated in 2009 with new furnishings and a completely new exterior renovation in 2016. The Villa Summer Dream has 3866 total sqft central A/C plus pool plus lanai plus Dock with Tiki and a 10K Bootlift, on a 13,000 sqft lot. It has SE exposure on a 100' saltwater waterway in SE Cape Coral. There are no long distances as to the SW. The living area is open style with kitchen/serving bar plus dining room-cathedral ceiling. It is allergy-friendly with ceramic tiled floors throughout. We offer those who need their notebooks W-LAN High-speed Internet at no additional cost. The highlight: stunning electrically heated 'disappearing edge' pool and spa (electric heat). We offer a very big screened pool area/sun deck. Private boat dock/sun deck has 600 sqft. You have access to the Gulf by boat in just 25 min.

In the double garage you will find room for one car, other cars can park outside the garage.
When we arrived we found that the "clean" dishes and silverware were actually dirty and had food caked on them. The house had a very bad bug problem. We spent our first 3 hours in the house cleaning. The front bedroom TV doesn't work. The remote to the garage didn't work. The AC in the master suit didn't work and the room temperature stayed between 78-80 degrees. Never got fixed and I noticed that the filters were horribly dirty. Hot tub didn't work properly until a maintenance guy came by the house three days into our visit to fix it. Called and emailed the contact listed three times and they never replied. After getting in touch with someone at the property management company we learned that the individual we were calling didn't work there. When we spoke to the management company they told us that they knew about these issues and had told the owners but the owners elected to not fix any of these things. When the maintenance individual stopped by they told us to keep the hot tub running as fixed in order to work correctly and to set the AC unit on 70 so air would at least pump flow through the room, even if it was warm. As a result we went over the allowed power usage and was charge a hefty electricity fee. We were beyond disappointed in the house, the owner, and the management company. If you are looking to stay in the Cape Coral area I would suggest you pass on this house and keep looking. Worst vacation ever!
All was very perfect, you can't have more !! The villa is very beautiful, jaccuzi and swimming pool also. All was clean and it looks like on the photos. If i could i would live in this villa and in Florida all the year because american people are very kind and helpfull. .

We had the opportunity to stay in this home for 30 days in March of 2011. This is really a top of the line home to spend your vacation in. The pictures are an excellent represenation of the property but really do not do justice to the home's interior with its vaulted ceilings and tastefull decorations. Everything in the home is new and high end.
The pool and spa offer a wonderfull day of family entertainment in the sun. The pool layout provides for sun all day and if you need relief from the sun the large lanai offeres shade throughout the entire day. The lanai also offers opportunity for a restfull outside dinner overlooking the water at the end of a day of fun in the sun. The spa offers a relaxation option in the cooler evening temperatures with beautifull views over the water.
The entire property was clean and well maintained. I was particularly impressed by the personnal call from Mr. Wimmer, the owner, to inquire if everything was ok and met our expectations. His rental management company did an excellent job in follow up to insure no problems were encountered.
The home is in an excellent location only 0.8 miles from Del Prado Blvd which has shops to meet any vacation needs including a large Publix supermarket about 1 mile from the home. Numerous restaurants within 1 to 3 miles of the home.
From the home we found it to be about a 50 minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach and about a 75 minute drive to the less crowded beaches to the south i.e Bonita beach and the beaches to the north at Inglewood.
This is a vacation home we would not hesistate to recommend to friends and family and will cetainly be number 1 on our list for future vacation trips to the Cape Coral area.
This house is in very good condition cause everything is new. Exactly what we have been looking for!!! Just at the time we enter in, we have loved the house so much till the end of our trip. We appreciate a lot the pool, spa, deck, etc... The picture on internet represent really well the reality. Mr. Wimmer the owner his a good person and we have very good communication with him.
