'We enjoyed the peace and beautiful surroundings'
'L'Hermenault is certainly a lovely spot and we liked the unspoilt feel of the village '
'The Wheelhouse was very well equipped and the dishwasher was a real boon. The bedding was lovely, nice to have quality cotton duvet covers and pillowcases. The cooker was super and the quickness of the gas hob great to use. The amount of crockery and cutlery was generous and the patio plates and beakers ideal for our grandchild to use'
'Would recommend to anyone. Pool was excellent'
'Yes, we had a lovely time at Thue thanks. It's in a good position for several places we went to (Puy Du Fou, Vouvant, Parc Floral, Fontenay etc) and is in a lovely spot itself. Many thanks.'
'Loved the space. Really well equipped, especially liked the coolboxes, buckets, spades and bikes that made it all a lot easier'

The house was clean and welcoming, it had a lovely outside area with pool. Very good home for children and enough space for large party. Very good renting price for this area of France.
As a small group of friends and children we were all very pleased with the gorgeous Mill House at Fentenay-le-Comte. We stayed for one week and had many days out and also days by the pool, relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous surrounding areas. If you want a nice peaceful relaxing getaway I couldnt recommend this more.
Highly recommend, owners were a pleasure to deal with and the house even more so.
The wheelhouse section of this property has a large open plan living and kitchen area with plenty of bedrooms leading off. Lots of character and really easy to prepare meals and keep clean. It was in good condition when we arrived, we had no complaints at all.
Outside there is a large bbq area we put to good use next to the swimming pool. There is also a table tennis area that can be used to have big outdoor meals.
Behind the pool there is a big open grass area with football goals and there are lots of bikes (and table football!).
The surrounding area is really lovely and unspoilt, the house is quite secluded but that was exactly what we wanted. The local village is only a short walk away and we stocked up on beers and food at the supermarket.
A really pleasant part of france, I would recommend to any family or group of friends looking to escape the city for a week.
