Very comfortable and spacious apartment within easy reach of the city centre. Furnished to a high standard with solid wood furniture, original wooden floors, high ceilings, beautiful bay window in sitting room. Large kitchen/dining room with open aspect to garden. Kitchen brand new with all modern appliances. Leith cycle/walkway just round the corner - lovely walks !

Shop (open late) , pharmacy and bus stop around the corner - very regular bus service into town (every 10 mins) or towards Leith. Possibility to walk into town centre (approx. 25-30 mins) or take the bus (10 mins). 3 bedrooms, 2 double, one single -sleeps up to 6 with use of fold-down single bed.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. There was a comprehensive folder giving advice on how to get into town, where to shop etc. We spent four nights while visiting the Fringe and could not have been happier. It's an easy walk to the waterfront, shops and cafés and a short bus ride into town. We will definitely be returning next time we visit Edinburgh. Highly recommended!

Superb Edinburgh apartment

I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone.

It's lovely and spacious in a super residential area and close enough to restaurants, takeaways and a regular bus service that takes you in Princess Street or to the Royal Mile. An added bonus was the free parking close to the apartment.

The high ceilings and large bay window makes this self-catering holiday apartment very light and bright. I loved it. The beds are very comfortable, lovely furnishings and everything you could possibly need to feel right at home.

I would definitely like to return to this fabulous apartment.

agréable et confortable appartement

appartement propre, bien entretenu, confortable et bien équipé, dans quartier calme, vert et aéré, à seulement 10 minutes du centre ville en transport en commun ou 1/2 heure à pied.

Possibilité de joindre le port par une promenade le long d'une rivière.

Epicerie-boulangerie au coin de la rue.

seul bémol : il a fallu passer chercher et déposer la clef à une autre adresse dans un autre quartier, mais c'était juste un petit détour pour le taxi.

A part çà : impeccable et à conseiller certainement.

Muy cómodo, bonito, tranquilo

El apartamento nos sorprendió agradablemente por lo bien que estaba puesto todo, decoración muy acogedora y con muy buen gusto, limpieza, comodidad.

La comunicación con Mairi, la propietaria, fue muy fluida.

Cuando las cosas están tan bién, poco hay que añadir.

En contra, la lejanía del centro, pero en nuestro caso era una ventaja. Al ser cinco, nos moviamos en taxi. Cinco minutos a cualquier sitio de Edimburgo.

Barrio muy típico y agradable.

So nice apartment!

So cosy and perfect apartment, we were amazed!! Its situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to the bus and not to far to walk to the city. We were two adult and Three Children, (two of them teenagers) and it was perfect. We totaly recomend this apartment. / Fam Östling from Sweden

Großzügige Wohnung, sauber und ruhig

Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe durch Vermieterin. Von der Wohnung kann man zu Fuß oder etwas einfacher mit dem Bus das Zentrum schnell erreichen. Ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich, Parkplätze sind am Straßenrand in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.

Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet und man hat viel Platz am sich darin befindenden Esstisch. Das Bad ist - wie der Rest der Wohnung - sehr sauber.

Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind von angenehmer Größe und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir (5 Bewohner von 13 - 82 Jahren) haben uns in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Situated in Darnell Rd in the very affluent and up-market area of Trinity with free on-street parking . 10 min walk south to botanic gardens or north to coast. 10 min bus ride into Princes Street the heart of town (bus stop right around the corner), or a good 30 min walk for the more energetic. Close to the coast and the Leith district with fantastic waterside cafes and a great shopping centre (Ocean Terminal). Extremely quiet street.

This beautifully furnished and generously proportioned apartment is on the first floor and has 2 double bedrooms and one single. A guest bed can be put up in either the lounge or in the main bedroom for a sixth guest. Open coal fire in lounge and free Wi-Fi.
