Our house is situated in Ortisei in Val Gardena, a beautiful holiday village in South Tyrol. Due to the unique location in the heart of the Dolomites and the marvellous landscape Ortisei is one of the world's most famous destinations for holidays in the mountains. Recently the UNESCO declares the Dolomiti as a Natural World Heritage Site.

Our house is situated 2 minutes from the centre. Alpine guide and certificated biplace pilot in house.

Wa have also a garden and a big parking place. Only few meters from us there are a supermarket, restaurants and other shops. The swimming center 'Mar Dolomit' and the ski school are 300 m from us. The first skilifts are 100 m from us and the skibus station is eventually 50 m from our house.

Dolomie is the right place for pleasant and relaxing holidays. Experience the southtyrolean hospitality in a beautiful small house in the middle of uncontaminated nature.

great place in ortisei. good value for money

Have stayed in this apartment for the second time already, which I think says a lot))). very well located, nicely furnished two-bedroom apartment. there is also a small room for a child or a teenager. The kitchen has a dishwasher. two bathrooms are a great plus. besides, there is a washing machine. wifi works fine. the apartment is warm and overall very comfortable. it's rather quiet at night, even in the street-facing room. there is a ski storage room where you can leave your boots on a warm rack. the owners are very hospitable and friendly.

ski bus passes and tickets to Mar Dolomit are a nice addition to the apartment (free of charge).

Wo Urlaub und Heimat sich verbinden

Das Wohlgefühl in diesem Urlaub ist nicht in Worte zu fassen. Seit vielen, vielen Jahren dürfen wir dort zu Gast sein, und der Erholungswert ist so enorm, weil man alle Vorzüge eines Fewo-Urlaubs genießen kann und sich gleichzeitig doch sehr heimisch fühlen kann. Als einzigem Gast wird einem die uneingeschränkte Aufmerksamkeit und Fürsorge der Gastgeber zu Teil. Der Garten im Erdgeschoss gehört zur Fewo. Dort kann man bei einem Gläschen Wein genüsslich die Strapazen der täglichen Wanderungen vergessen machen. Eine Laube bietet gute Möglichkeiten Getränke o.ä. zu lagern.

Die Wohnung ist zentrumsnah, aber nicht an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Hallen- u. Freibad (kostenlose Nutzung!) und mit "Tubladel" ein exquisites Restaurant sind absolut fußläufig zu erreichen.

super Wohnung

Eine super Wohnung, mit allem was man für einen wunscherschönen Urlaub braucht.

Das fängt gleich bei den supernetten Vermietern an.

Drei Schlafzimmer (naja - eines ist ein bischen kleiner - aber zum Schlafen reichts völlig), zwei Bäder, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Terasse, Hollywoodschaukel ...

Lokale, Schwimmbad, Spielplatz, Seilbahn, Supermarkt - alles zu Fuß erreichbar - kein direkter Durchgangsverkehr - eigener fester Parkplatz - was will man mehr. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut top.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkeln hier und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Dolomie - wo die Herzlichkeit zu Hause ist

Dolomie - allein schon der Name lässt erkennen, dass man hier im Herzen der Dolomiten ist. Der Sellastock und die Langkofelgruppe "wachen" über das Grödnertal, und bis zum Schlern und der Marmolata ist`s auch nicht weit.

Wie wohltuend, wenn man dann auch noch eine Unterkunft hat, die das Ganze perfekt abrundet: absolut zentrumsnah mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allen Dingen einer Gastgeberfamilie, die für eine angenehme, private Atmosphäre sorgt.

Die Mitglieder dieser Familie sind alle vom "Fach": ob Bergsteigerführer, Skilehrerin, oder Tourismusexperte, 2 Generationen stehen für alle Interessen kompetent zur Verfügung. Das wahre Geheimnis dieser Wohlfühloase in meinem Meer aus liebevoll gepflegten Blumen aber ist die Herzlichkeit, mit der die Gastgeber - allen voran Agnes, die gute Seele des Hauses - ihre Gäste umsorgen. So wird aus einem Urlaubsort eine zweite Heimat - nur eben viel schöner: das Wetter, das Essen ...

Auch nach so vielen Jahren gewinnt der Urlaub im Haus Dolomie immer noch an Reiz und Erholungsfaktor hinzu - wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

In the summer season the fabulous scenery of our high mountains attracts hikers, climbers and bikers. In winter our valley is completely covered with snow and is the right choice for winter sports in the middle of the world's largest ski region, the Dolomiti-Superski.
