We are letting our tastefully furnished frontline beach penthouse with direct access to the beach. The property is very spacious with over 280m² built surface and offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea till Gibraltar and Africa. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. On the main level is the spacious living room with dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with terrace, a guest toilet and the partly covered main terrace with over 50m². Listen to the sea and enjoy the views. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite-bath and 2 further bedrooms with single beds sharing a shower room on the landing. The beachside bedrooms offer panoramic seaviews and have a third terrace infront. On top of the property is the spacious roof terrace with all day sun. If you are searching for a luxury ambience with direct access to the beach, large community pool and a private paddle tennis court, this is your place!
need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!
need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Great seaside property with lots of space!
We had a lovely holiday in the beach apartment. Lots of space on the terrace and it was super to have a pool so close by. The owner provided lots of useful information and was fast at responding to any questions that we had. The listing of the property was accurate, as were the facilities. The property was well looked after and very clean. It was a short drive to Estepona or a 15euro taxi ride each way (for nights when we wanted to have a drink) The pool area was very good too! I will forever dream of the sound of the sea from our bedroom. Thank you.
Everything about staying at this lovely home was perfect! Would highly recommend this location .

Perfect location, beautifully maintained
Get away from the big city to this beautiful condo. We loved everything about this property located between Estapona and Sanabillas. We woke up to the sounds of the waves of the Mediterranean and viewed Gibraltar from our balcony. This was also a great starting point to travel to some of the smaller villages. The location was perfect to hop onto the highway and the grocery store and other amenities were close by. We took many walks along the shore to Sanabillas where we enjoyed lunch and Duquessa for some great dinners. We also found a wonderful restaurant in Estapona, just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.
The property was spacious and in a great location. Great sea view. The kitchen was well equipped and the dinging/living areas were nicely decorated but still inviting. We were three adults and two kids and were very comfortable. We had a problem with the heating on the bedroom level our first night, which was quickly remedied the next day. Third floor outdoor patio was excellent for watching New Year's Eve fireworks. Would recommend for a nice and relaxing stay. We appreciated all the communication we received to make booking/check out easy.

Coming from a chilly first half of the year we had set our minds to a sunny and comfortable vacation in Spain with all amenities that make a vacation a good one. We were not disappointed. There was a amazing amount of information by the owner upfront that made adjusting very easy. The apartment was great, spacious, comfortable and a beach front setting that is hard to beat with great views. Underground parking space that kept the car cool and clean. Nice pool, good wireless Internet for working and entertainment, many sites to see and places to go in the neighborhood and most importantly; we had beautiful weather.
No minusses? Well; not really, maybe that the car is a necessity to get around. Absolutely recommendable.
A lovely stay at the Costa del Sol
The appartment has a very beatifull view over the Miditerenean Sea.
It is a large appartment with lots of space to live and sleep and with different balconies. Whe enjoyed our stay very much. We had breakfast on the upper balcony with a amazing view over the sea.
The appartment was absolutely clean and well maintained. A question about the working of the internet was very quickly anserwed and the small omission was repaired immidiately.

Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath or book a professional massage. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km. long sandy beach. The near villages of Manilva and Casares are typical examples for the Andalucian white villages. A visit here is highly recommended! Marbella and Puerto banus are just a short drive away. Golf: The region around Marbella is well known for its abundance of golf courses! That’s the reason why the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona is named Costa del Golf.
