Fabulous House

That's is our second visit to Stephanie and Pablo's home so I think this speaks for itself.

The house is lovely with a great open plan layout. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is provided.

The outside space is well laid out to enjoy the sunshine but also lovely covered seat if you want some shade.

The pool is great for enjoying a swim or for just sitting in the spa end to cool off.

The villa is in a quiet area but you can walk to Town in about 20 minutes. Taxis are cheap and the bus stop to town is just across the road. There is a Spar supermarket not far from the house and a few restaurants a short walk away if you don't want to go into town.

Stephanie and Pablo are perfect hosts are there if you need them but not intrusive.

I would definitely recommend this house and hope to go back soon.

Beautiful villa, perfect rental

We rented this beautiful villa for one week and had a great stay. The photos are accurate - the villa really does look as well as shown and other reviews are true.

It is very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Pablo and Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful and it was reassuring to have such attentive and caring hosts, only a phone call away if required.

Having rented many villas over many years, this would have been one of our highlights. We would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again - many thanks Pablo and Stephanie!

Perfect retreat.

This house was perfect both inside and out. The inside living accommodation is well laid out and spacious. Each bedroom was large with great storage and well decorated. The kitchen facilities are excellent for anyone wishing to cook. The house was spotless and has a lovely relaxed feel. The outside space was luxurious with great beds, bar area, lounging area as well as a dining table and chairs. The villa is about 20 minutes walk from Melonares, if you don't want to walk taxis are easily hailed from the street, it was under 4 euros to the hub, shops resturants and beach.

The owners Pablo and Stephanie were very welcoming, gave us contact details and offered assistance if we needed. The attention to detail in the house shows great consideration to their guests. We would definitely love to go back to this house.

Nice quiet villa with excellent pool area

Villa is located in residential district, away from touristic area. There are still couple of good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's still better to have a car as beaches are 2-4km away. Parking is on the street and always available.

The Villa is same as on the pictures - nice and spacious. The pool area is just great (and the pool is 25 degrees as promised). Good value for money.

If one needed to point out some cons I'd say the ground floor bedroom should have forced ventilation rather than window-based and lighting in main room should be better. Also, as we arrived after long flight in the evening, we'd would have liked to have a landing kit - water, yogurth etc to survive the first night.

But these are minor problems - all in all it's a really nice villa with excellent pool.We had a nice stay.

Lovely, spacious house with large, elegant pool

The photos of this house on the website are very accurate - it is very spacious, beautifully furnished, and well-laid out, and the outdoor sitting/entertaining area is excellent. The pool is very spacious, especially compared to pools in comparable places we've seen. We stayed there in early January, so it was not very hot (low 70s Fahrenheit, no rain), and therefore we didn't spend too much time in the pool itself, although we very much enjoyed sitting outside by it. The bedrooms and closets are very large and the bathrooms very modern. There is no view to speak of from the house itself, which was the only drawback for us. When you sit outside, you see the pool and a wall beyond, which shields you from the street, so it’s relatively quiet. There is also no window in the master bedroom, although there is a small skylight, so that’s helpful. The master bedroom is enormous, with a king bed (or two twins put together) and a very large walk-in closet. The upstairs bedroom is ample, with a big closet and large windows. The owners, Pablo and Stephanie, were very helpful and responsive. Pablo gave us some wonderful restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. You cannot walk to the beach from the house, and you really need a car to go anywhere, but that was not at all a problem for us. There is ample parking right outside the house, and the roads are very well maintained. We made a number of trips inland, where there are great views, and found the beach at Playa de Amadores (suggested by Pablo) to be the best beach option. The neighborhood is a residential-type neighborhood, with many small homes and apartment buildings, small hotels and a few local restaurants. Nearby (by car) is an enormous modern mall and very large supermarket, with easy parking, so very convenient. We enjoyed Puerto de Mogan and Palmito Park (which is pricey, but also very well maintained).
