New furniture and decoration, expensive spa. 3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms plus pool bath; heated swimming pool; large lanai and pool deck; great room design with very high ceilings; separate dining area; large windows and sliding doors; large main bathroom with vanities on opposite walls and separate tub in the middle, walk-around shower; pool access from main bedroom, second bedroom and great room; built 2000; 2,400 sq.ft. under air; boat dock - 5 minutes to the river (no lock); wonderful neighborhood; centrally located; water softener system; separate pool bath; sunsets. No carpet anymore, only tile and wood.
