Bus stops are one minute away from your apartment, which takes you straight to the capital (Bridgetown) and to various beaches in Bridgetown and outside Bridgetown. West coast beaches are 10 mins. drive away. Local buses will takes you to Warrens shopping mall, supermarkets, local shops, food stalls etc (approx. 5 mins bus ride from your Apartment). Fares are BD$1.50 (50p) will take you to any destination. Local shop is 5 minutes walk from your apartment.

lovely property, massive garden,we love the rental

We rented both properties on the estate, the location was perfect for the group ( all 12 of us). The property was clean and well maintained. All rooms were of large sizes and offer all the facilities we require. The garden was massive and well looked after. The only complaint we had, is that the beach was not walking distance, it was about 10 minutes by car. We did rent out 2 cars so we had no problems. We did look into renting near the beach but the costs was 4 times as great which was to much. When we win the lottery we will rent next to the beach. We have plans to be back next year and will be renting this property again. The local bus route was only 2 minutes walk away The rental was excellent value for money and would recommend it to any one.

Good value for price

This property is very good value for price. On first impressions it may seem dated, however it had all the facilities we required for our stay in Barbados.

It is located in a friendly neighbourhood away from the touristy areas which I liked. The taxi found it difficult to find when we first arrived, however we hired a car and found it easy to navigate to and from, 5 mins from local shops, and there is a bus stop right on the corner.

Child friendly as we had a six month baby, toddlers and teenagers in our party, they loved playing in the garden, the steps to the pool are a bit dangerous so had to make sure an adult was present at all times, the pool is bigger than it looks in the pics, although it got very dirty quickly because it is under trees and was only cleaned once during our stay so we did not get much use of it.

The mango trees are the best feature of this property I think we ate mangoes until we were sick, we would all return for the mangoes alone!

We did have a few problems however Mr Lucky was on hand to help us, a very nice guy.

The two bedroom doesn't have a bath, just a shower and toilet, with an extra toilet downstairs. The 3 bed has two bathrooms with bath tubs and showers.

All in all we had a good stay, we know Barbados very well, and we liked being near our family on the west coast as well as not to far from our favourite Miami beach. About 10 min drive from the lovely Brandon's beach. Not to mention warrens, petrol station, bank,cost u less and cheffete (the kids love it and it has a great outdoor playground).

massive rental with all the facilities you require

Very large property with a massive garden. All rooms were large and spacious.

The pool and garden was very enjoying. Kitchen had all the requirements we were after. The location was not perfect (beach 10 minutes drive away) but local buses were only one minute away. The caretaker was very helpful and locals were very nice. There was 10 of us and the cost was half of other rentals we looked at. We will be please to use the rental again

The place was correctly advertised. Handicap accessible, conveniently located, and perfect for our family reunion. The neighbors were friendly and Mr. Lucky was very accommodating. My family is already discussing a return trip.

Fantastic ! Cannot wait to stay again!

We recently visit Barbados for a week in May . We rented both villas ( Yardes & Eullen ).Our family had an absolutely fantastic time thanks to the staff and accommodations. The rooms was very clean and the grounds were incredibly nice. The staff( mr lucky) was very accommodating as we arrived 2 hours early for check-in, but he was able to ensure that the two villas was clean and assist us with our baggage.

The villas was in a great location ( 10 minutes). to the beach and the capital - bridgetown). Rigjht in the middle of the West coast with all its attractions.

Great place we will stay again.

Great venue for a family holiday

The accommodation is exceptional if you have a large family and need the peace and quiet. The pool and gardens are well maintained.

The apartment is located in a picturesque area with lots of greenery . The complex is located near shops and restaurants are 5 minutes drive away.

Value for money great, local village people are very nice and helpful.

I definitely will be using again.
