The 'Festival apartment' is situated a mere 150m from the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, the beaches, the yacht harbour and the town square in the so called ‚Banane’ (the most exclusive part of the city) on the 2nd floor of a typical French turn-of-the-century building. Close to a supermarket, specialty grocery stores, the airport shuttle and the train station. The clever layout of this approx. 60m2 apartment is designed for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a westside balcony and a fully equipped American pantry. The air condition will keep you cool in the Riviera’s summer. The New Yorker design office „spatial design studio“ has conceptualised the 2nd bedroom on an upper level. The furniture is modern and elegant but cheerful. Guests can use a free wireless high-speed connection, watch TV or DVD on a giant flat screen with numerous international TV-stations that are viewable via satellite or listen to their music on the i-pod-docking-station.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable and roomy with p!enty of space for 4 adults. Overall we had a wonderful time in Cannes and can't wait to return. Thank you to our hosts!

Festival Apartment was a great place to stay. It was perfectly situated, as advertised, clean and well-maintained. The property manager made everything easy, from booking to arrival to departure. This apartment is in a great location and is very affordable, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living space, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. We were very comfortable for our week in Cannes. The owner is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He guided us to a very reasonably-priced parking garage close by where we arranged to keep our rental car for the week (no parking on the narrow, one-way street the apartment is on). We were able to walk all over town from the apartment and were able to quickly get the car for longer rides to Nice and Monaco. Americans will find the showers tiny but we had no trouble getting showers as needed. We searched for hotels in the area prior to our visit but nothing can come close to the cost, convenience, space, and amenities of this apartment. We've rented apartments and condos through homeaway.com in Vermont, Montana, Bulgaria, and now Cannes. We recommend this apartment -- and this owner -- very highly.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und für uns ideal gelegen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Spaziergänge an der Strandpromenade waren schön und unterhaltsam. Ein Abstecher nach Monte Carlo und Nizza war mit dem Zug für unsere Familie ein eindrücklicher Ausflug. Vence bezauberte uns mit seinem südfranzösichem Charme.
Bei Problemen mit der Wohnungseinrichtung (Istallationen) war der Besitzer sofort erreichbar und in Kürze zu Stelle um diese zu beheben. Die Ferienwohnung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

The perfect location in the ‚Banane’ makes this apartment perfect for business trips as well as beach holidays. In your direct neighborhood (100m, 300feet) you will find a supermarket and many specialty grocery stores. The department store ‚Monoprix’, the airport shuttle and the train station are less than 5 Min by foot away. Everything is in walking distance and you won’t need a car, Thanks to the near train station you can easily plan daytrips to Antibes, St.Tropez or Nice.
