This building is located within a 3 minute walk from the beach!

This unit is 305 sq ft studio features 2 twin beds, AC, kitchenette complete with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, pots & pans, all utensils, high speed wireless & wired internet, bathroom with hand held shower and full size tub for soaking.

Parking is available in the basement of the building but is separately managed and must be paid directly at the parking garage automated machine. Rates are posted and are subject to change without notice.

Aloha Kakou,

I'm Loren and I am a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker and I am the broker-in-charge and partner of Graham Properties Inc., a family-owned real estate firm.

In my role, I manage new agents and oversees the firm’s marketing, advertising and promotion.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I earned my real estate license in 2005. Before that, I lived in Japan where I taught English and surfed.

With the rapidly expanding international buyers/sellers, I have been invited abroad multiple times do give educational seminars on Hawaii's real estate buying and selling process. Being born and raised in Hawaii and having lived in Japan for a short while, I have identified the need to bridge the cultural gap that can lead to miscommunication, misconceptions, and hardships. In order to help bridge this gap, I have implemented the "after care" program which gives support to new residents to help them adjust to Hawaii life.

I volunteer with Na Kama Kai, teaching children water safety, surfing and ocean environmental awareness.

Perfect little place to shower and sleep!

My daughter and I stayed at this location for a week as my daughter was going to be starting at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. We wanted to do some sight seeing and get her familiarized with the island before she moved into the campus . The location was great, just a short walk away from the beach and all the action in Waikiki. It is on a very busy street with a lot of traffic and people walking by. At times, especially early mornings it can get quite noisy with buses, garbage trucks, etc. The 2 windows in the front are definitely not sound proof. The beds were comfortable, on the firm side and the pillows are very firm as well. The place was clean when we arrived and there were enough toiletry supplies and cleaning supplies to aid with sweeping and cleaning as needed. We did not cook at all during our week stay but did use the little refrigerator and microwave for leftovers from eating out. There are many food places close by so we took advantage of trying out many places. There is a bus stop right on the same block which was convenient for us as we did not rent a vehicle and our location was easily found by our Uber drivers. We were out and about early everyday enjoying what the Island had to offer so this was really the perfect place for us to have stayed!

great little place -

Great little place real close to the beach, basic kitchen, bathroom bedding necessities are all included; everything you need withing walking distance. We did have one slight issue when we got into the room but we let Loren Know and he fixed the issue immediately, so that was great! -(bonus pints for the speedy response) - Definitely best value place in the area.

The one drawback about this place, when we stayed, was the person next door would yell talk and laugh obnoxiously at 3:30am on the shared balcony. I'm not sure if the person lived there or if she was also on VRBO for the same week we were there. Either way just take some earplugs or headphones to be on the safe side.

Everything was great

This is a basic room close to everything and very close to the beach.It had everything i needed and allowed me to do all the things i had planned on and had hoped to do without any hassles.

This place was exactly what I had been looking for. Great location about 3 blocks off the beach, great price, and all the standard necessities you'd get from a hotel. This is best suited for 1-2 people who are looking to save some money but still want to be in walking distance of everything Waikiki has to offer.

Great place, close to beach and bus stop

Great place, close to beach and bus stop, and there's an ABC store right next to it. The bed is big. There is a big space before entering the room so I can hang my towels there and let dry under the sun. Some small roaches coming out at night but that's not a big problem because they are easy to catch. Communication with Loren and Chika are easy and fast.
