Hi and welcome to our home! As residents of Las Vegas, NV for years, we always wanted a place to escape to by the beach. We looked for months until we found this amazing beach front condo - it was love at first sight -- and we looked no further. Our vacations to the condo provide the rest, renewal, and fun that we look for. When we open the front door, the view still grabs our hearts and takes our breath away. Now we have a chance to share it with you. We personally manage the property and will meet you when you arrive and get you all settled in.

Amazing Ocean views with daily dolphin sightings and stunning sunsets!

We spent a wonderful week at Jan's ocean front condo over spring break. The condo is equipped with absolutely everything you need from cooking meals to enjoying the beach or the pool.

The balcony deck overlooks the ocean and can be opened up from the dining room and living room (three sliding doors) to allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds while you are preparing your meals. We had a small school of dolphins pass by the condo in the mornings and the afternoons that we happened to be in the condo. Long walks can be taken on the beach in either direction, but watch the tides or be prepared to take off your shoes. The condo is positioned perfectly to take in the amazing coastal sunsets,

We have rented many ocean view condo's over the years (on all coasts) and this complex did not disappoint. The complex grounds are kept up very nicely with beautiful flowers, ponds and green spaces throughout. The pools and hot-tubs were clean and not busy at all during our stay.

We drove into San Diego three or four times (USS Midway area, Coronado Island, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park), if you time it outside of rush hour it is an easy drive in and out, 20 -25 minutes. We also drove to La Jolla to see the Sea Lions in La Jolla Cove (10 minute drive) and have a sunset dinner at Georges (Highly Recommend) and Dukes (Great views). We drove inland to Cuyamaca Rancho State Park for a hike up to Cuyamaca Peak (amazing mountain, valley and lake views) and if you loop around you can hit Julian for the famous Julian Pie Company Pies. That trip was about an hour's drive, little traffic both in and out.

Paradise in Solana Beach

On a scale of 1-10, we would say this was a legitimate 10 in all regards. Great accommodations, location and views. We were met in person by the owner who could not have been more welcoming in addition to answering any and all questions and explaining everything we would need to know about the condo, the area and notes of local interest. We would repeat in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Thanks Jan.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I spent a fabulous month in Jan's lovely, clean, spacious condo! In all honesty, following a nightmare of an experience in a different unit in the complex last year (building 533, unit 140), we were very reluctant to rent again at Seascape Sur. We were so glad we didn't let last year's experience deter us. Not only was this unit in perfect condition, it was a pleasure to work with Jan. Such a contrast from last year. The view is gorgeous--an expansive, unobstructed view of the Pacific. As stated, Jan was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always available and responsive to our every need and question. In addition to being warmly greeted by Jan and that breathtaking view, we were also greeted with a bottle of wine on the counter and a thorough orientation to the condo and the Seascape Sur complex. The unit's location within the complex is ideal. It is a short, easy walk from the parking garage to the unit, and we loved that the condo is all on one level. Since the weather was cool all month, we especially enjoyed the fireplace. We cooked often and really appreciated having all of the herbs and spices that were provided! The beds were very comfortable and, being that we were staying for a month and brought lots of clothes for all types of weather, we loved the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Solana Beach is a terrific community. The condo is within walking distance of Cedros Avenue, the "main drag" with great shopping, cafes, and the famous Belly Up music venue. It is walking distance to Fletcher Cove, a beautiful spot for sitting and viewing with easy access to the beach. The beach is also directly accessible from the condo complex via 127 steps (easy going down; a good workout climbing up!). I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this condo, so much so that we have already booked for next year. Thank you, Jan!

Extremely clean !

Along with all the other great reviews I'd like to add the fact this beautiful condo is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and less than a mile to the train station (free parking) which we took right to Old Town, SanDiego. Also take to downtown SD, get on Hop on Hop off bus and see it all, including the San Diego Zoo ! Thanks Jan, a pleasure meeting you ! Louise & Charlie W.

Fantastic Location and View!

We spent a wonderful 4 nights just before Thanksgiving in Jan's beautiful condo. We were two couples and had plenty of room to hang out and have a little privacy too. The condo was spotless and very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every evening, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the dolphins, surfers and of course the sunset. The location was perfect to get around. We were never more than a quick uber or lyft ride to anything we wanted to do. Jan was wonderful to work with made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay

What a beautiful condo with spectacular views of the Pacific. We loved the amenities in the condo as well as on the grounds and it was so helpful to have Jan meet us to the give us the lowdown on the condo and the area. If we get the opportunity to visit San Diego again, we will plan our trip around being able to book this condo and will tell all our friends!! Thanks Jan for a great stay.

Quiet, gated, upscale community features easy access to LEGOLAND, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park and its museums, golf courses, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, swimming and sports.
