The property is in an enviable position with sea views on the exclusive El Bosque development, three minutes walk from Ca Pepe one of the best restaurants in Moraira and 10 mins comfortable stroll to the town of Moraira and beaches. The Swiss Hotel with it's lovely restaurant is also only 10 mins walk away. Set in a beautiful location with views over the garden and very large private swimming pool. The plot is 900m2 with secure parking to the side.

This spacious, air-conditioned (hot/cold) property is positioned on a private plot only 850 metres from Moraira town and beaches. Air-con and free WiFi are available. To make the most of the winter months there is also gas central heating. There is a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with satellite a 55" 4K TV plus DVD, fully equipped modern kitchen, utility room four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property is not just a holiday let but also a home and this is evident from the quality furnishings, the five air-con units (hot and cold), central heating, two TV/DVDs, a large selection of films, TV channels and WIFI.

In 2018 the villa had new air-conditioning installed and the bathrooms were modernised. In addition to the large terrace and pool to the front of the property, there is a beautiful naya which provides some much needed shade in the summer months plus two balconies with beautiful sea views. To the rear of the property there is further private seating area and table tennis. There is a large private driveway with electric gate to the side of the property. There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge.

Casa Hart is ideal for those who like the best of both worlds, a quiet peaceful private villa, but also walking distance to all the hustle and bustle of the lovely town centre!

We have owned property in Moraira for 15 years and pride ourselves in offering a villa which is comfortable, spotlessly clean, extremely well maintained and has all the comforts of home.

About Nadine & Paul Hart

Mum and Dad (Nadine & Paul) both work full time, we have three children (13, 17 & 21) who have grown up using the villa and still enjoy all the amenities including local tennis lessons, bowling and jet skis. Nadine is a Network Operations Manager in a large corporate firm and Paul is a builder - an extremely handy occupation which has ensured the villa is professionally maintained!

We have 14 years experience of renting property in Moraira and, as can be seen from our reviews, the service and accommodation we offer is to an extremely high standard. The villa has been renovated to an extremely high standard including new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, air-conditioning etc. The property is not just a holiday let but also a home and this is evident from the quality furnishings, the five air-con units. log burner, two TV/DVDs, a large selection of films and TV channels and WIFI. The property is in an enviable position on a very private plot, three minutes walk from Ca Pepe one of the best restaurants in Moraira and 10/15 mins comfortable stroll to the town of Moraira and beaches. The Swiss Hotel with it's lovely restaurant is also only five minutes walk away.

The villa is located on a private plot with a beautiful pool. The staff who maintain the villa are exceptional and multiple reviews have commented on the cleanliness of the property and linen. A travel cot, bed guard, high chair and stair gates can be provided and must be requested at the time of booking. There is a well equipped kitchen with ample crockery, glass, cutlery for eight people and also includes electric toaster, kettle, iron and dishwasher. Outside there is a gas BBQ. There is satellite (approx 15 channels) TV and a DVD, there is a large selection of films at the villa or they can be rented from Moraira. There is also a small TV/DVD in the 2nd bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided, please supply your own beach/pool towels. Clean laundry is made available each week (no maid service). A free welcome pack will also be supplied.

An impressive villa with a great pool

We were very impressed with the villa. The owners have clearly lavished a lot of care and attention on it so that it feels more luxurious than typical holiday rentals. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was very hot whilst we were there. The pool is also worth a special mention as it is probably the best pool we have had at any of our villa rentals; always a great temperature and very clean.

Moraira is a nice town with lots of restaurants and shops, etc. Supermarkets were easily accessible from the villa and we can recommend the restaurant just down the road, Ca Pepe.

Nadine was great throughout the booking process and the run up to the holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa.

Newly renovated boutique style villa

Recently returned from a 10 days holiday at Casa Hart. The villa is newly renovated, and is located in a quiet residential area approximately 5 minutes drive from the local beach and resort of Moraira. The villa is styled in a ‘Boutique’ style, with each room being designed in an individual and unique way. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances are new and work efficiently. We used two of the four bedrooms and found the double beds to be comfortable with memory foam type mattresses. Each room had its own style and was opulent with artwork and furnishings. There are several terraces that each have their own table and chairs and relaxing furniture. There is a private pool with sun loungers and a balinese bed. The gardens are landscaped and have iron work sculptures throughout. There was ample parking space for our hire car via an electrically operated gated. The gardens were illuminated at night and the property had an excellent alarm system. We enjoyed our visit and felt we had a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful villa in great location !

We stayed 10 days in Casa Hart with my daughters family . My 2 grandsons a 3 years old and 14 months old ,loved the pool. Everything from booking , paying , obtaining the keys and directions went like clock

work. Would definitely recommend Casa Hart its elegantly furnished and spotlessly clean ! Would love to return in the future. Cathy and family

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and comfortable, a 20 min walk into the town down a hill take a torch if walking home late at night as very little street lighting. Nice sized pool plenty of chairs and loungers. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a very good location only 10 - 15 minutes walk to Moraira and the beach. Villa very well equipped, clean and the owners very obliging. Moraira is a lovely town with lots of lovely restaurants, just a 5 minute walk away is Resturant Ca Pepe which is well worth a visit.

Moraira - sandy beach with shallow water

The villa is located in the exclusive and tranquil development of El Bosque, Pinar D L'Advocat in Moraira. The cosmopolitan town of Moraira is situated in an unspoilt corner of the Costa Blanca. With its well-kept blue flag sandy beach, promenade, stylish marina and exclusive boutiques. There are no high rise commercial or domestic developments to detract from its charm. The villa is only 850 metres from the town centre, so a comfortable 10/15 mins walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Moraira has an abundance of restaurants to suit everyone’s palates. Bars have a more relaxing ambiance and children are welcome everywhere. A short drive away is the sandy cove of El Portet and the larger towns of Javea, Calpe & Denia are within easy access. Benidorm with its shopping mall, water and theme parks, is only 30 mins drive. This beautifully decorated holiday villa is hidden behind secure wooden gates and high walls with a spacious private garden and swimming pool. You will love this typical Mediterranean villa and enjoy having the choice of many different terraces offering both sun and shade. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet read, sunbathing, or cocktails at sunset. The property is decorated in a boutique style. The lounge and all 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

Car: not necessary but recommended.

Moraira is a lovely town nestled on the beautiful Costa Blanca about half way between Alicante and Valencia. It has everything you could need from a holiday destination.

There are several sandy beaches, a lovely harbour, many fantastic restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisines, a good weekly market, golf, water sports.....yet at the same time it keeps a quaint picturesque feel about itself.

There are often outdoor concerts and fiestas happening in the Church Square, so you may be lucky enough to catch one of them during your stay.

Casa Hart is set within walking distance of all the attractions Moraira has to offer, which means you can get through your stay without the use of a car at all. There are plenty of taxis and several bus services if you wanted to explore a little further afield.

You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia airports, Alicante tends to have more flights. The airlines EasyJet, Jet2, Ryanair etc all fly into Alicante.

The airports of Alicante and Valencia are approx 1hr away. They are both easily accessible via a motorway road. Taxi and/or car hire company details are available on request
