The pedestrian zone of the inner city, the famous Kärtnerstraße and the graves with their large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops are in front of the house door. Arrival / infrastructure: By subway or bus, the apartment is 10 minutes from the west train station, from the airport with the direct train and subway 30 minutes. The airport shuttle bus brings you comfortably from the airport to Ringstrasse. Bus / subway (subway station Stephansplatz) / tramway and taxi stand are nearby and will bring you to all attractions in the inner city like the Schönbrunn castle, 'Hundred Water House', the world famous Prater with carousel, to Grinzing with its famous wines, the 'Heurigen'. Parking options and garages nearby. A car is not necessary.

Shopping and groceries: The unforgettable selection in the Viennese inner city with restaurants, 'Beisln' and the famous coffee houses are available for you. The apartment has a superb location

It was great staying here, it has everything you need in a walking distance. Restaurants, shops, supermarket and most of all you are next to Albertina Museum, San Esteban, metro station and more.

The apartment is well furnished and is cozy.

Perfect location!

My wife and I, plus our two kids (ages 3 and 6) spent a lovely week at this apartment. It is in the perfect location in Vienna, with easy access to the subway, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our needs, with all the amenities you'd need to feel at home. The next time we come back to Vienna (now one of our favorite European cities) we will certainly stay at this apartment! The owner was easy to contact and the in-town managers were helpful and English-speaking.

Best location in Vienna.

We arrived 1 hour later than planned, but Johanna was waiting patiently for us. She was very helpful with information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean and contained all the amenities necessary to cook, clean and be right at home away from home. We were able to walk to all the tours, concerts and events we had planned. The Christmas markets were close enough to walk, along with all the neat restaurants in the area. Having the lift was very convenient moving our luggage in and out. The U-bahn was a 2 minute walk, along with St.Stephenson Cathedral , and a really great grocery store at the end of Graben Strasse. With numerous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries near-by, this is the perfect location.

Wohnung im Herzen Wiens

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Stephansplatz und Hofburg äußerst zentral. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Schritte. Auch das KHM und das Museumsquartier sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, ebenso wie verschiedene Tramlinien. Bei Billa Corso am Neuen Markt bekommt man alles, was man an Essen braucht.

Buchung und Empfang/betreuung vor Ort waren perfekt, sehr freundlich bzw. zügig. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig, geräumig, bestens eingerichtet und ausgestattet, zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besser geht es nicht, auch das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis ist optimal. Praktisch ist, dass zwei Schlüssel vorhanden sind.

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert!

FeWo in bester Innenstadtlage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jungs, 16 und 17 Jahre) waren ab Ostern 2011 für knapp eine Woche in dieser FeWo im Zentrum Wiens. Die Wohnungsbetreuerin war freundlich, korrekt und pünktlich. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Das Beste aber ist die zentrale Lage. Wir konnten fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und hatten daher vormittags, nachmittags und abends Programm (das war auch mal ein gutes Abendessen im "Lachenden Esel" gerade gegenüber). Wo sind sonst solche Dialoge möglich: "Wann essen wir?" "In zwanzig Minuten!" "Gut, dann gehen wir nochmals kurz zur Hofreitschule."

In der gleichen Straße liegen das Cafe Hawelka und das berühmte Auktionshaus Dorotheum, durch das wir immer wieder mal geschlendert sind.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen.

Für Autofahrer gibt es nur einen (etwas komplizierten) Zugangsweg und in der Nähe nur teure Parkmöglichkeiten in Garagen. Daher lohnt es sich, das Auto etwas weiter weg, am besten nahe einer U-Bahn-Station, abzustellen. Wir hatten dazu den Bereich Gasometer ausgesucht, eine gute Wahl. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, um das großstädtische Wiener Leben intensiv zu erfahren.

Ideale Ferienwohnung in Wien

Wir waren im März 2010 mit zwei Kindern (6+3) für 5 Tage zu Gast in der Wohnung. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub in Wien. Auch für Familien mit 2 Kindern, egal welchen Alters ist die Wohnung gut geeignet.

The ideal location for your city holiday! In the middle of Vienna, you can go on a walk past the graves, visit the famous café Hawelka, which is located on the same street. Your morning jogging can be done in one of the most beautiful parks in Vienna, the castle garden or the city park. For lovers of classical music, there is the opear and concert halls, for example, the famous golden court of the music community, can be reached comfortably on foot. After a museum visit, like to the new museum quarters (including the Leopold collection) or the art history or natural history museum, the Albertina, you can walk back over the Heldenplatz to your 'Viennese house', make a stop in one of the typical Viennese coffee houses. The Ringstraße with the historical attractions like the Hofburg, opera, burg theater, stock, Albertina, town hall with a lot of museums and gardens, like the burg garden, Volksgarten, city park, etc. can be reached in 3 minutes. Bakery and supermarket nearby.
