About Noelle Pearson

I am a native Oregonian that has spent the last 20 years managing commercial construction projects and decided to retire in Paradise.

Noelle Pearson purchased this house in 2010

Why Noelle Pearson chose Puna District

I purchased this raw acre of Jungle because I truly enjoy the serenity and peace of this area of Hawaii. The laid back feel and slow pace is just what everyone needs once in a while ! I have worked for nearly 4 years clearing and manicuring the grounds into an enjoyable oasis and a cozy private home tucked away behind the foliage is your to enjoy while you can.

What makes this house unique

My Villa is the closet thing to the comforts of home that you will find with attention to detail in the craftsmanship and hand built rock garden walls. I have planted thousands of Trees, Palms, Orchids, Ferns, Birds of Paradise, Ginger, Hibiscus plants to name a few. I pride myself on the grounds and the natural beauty of the native plants.

Rain Forest Stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time! The house had everything one would need for a satisfying stay. We usually have to buy water when vacationing, and it was nice to have a water cooler provided. We did enjoy the grounds, and hearing the rain forest coqui frogs, and the complimentary bowl of fruit. The groundskeeper lives close by in case there are any issues. Would stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Lovely Pahoa home

  • 5 of 5

Stayed 2 weeks just outside Pahoa, perfect setup for 2 couples, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, excellent wifi, beautiful grounds, large lania, open living area allowed me to visit as I prepared dinner.

Noel was terrific helping me book over cellphone, communication with her was first rate. Ron was an excellent host.

Convenient location to lava field, tide pools, Volcano National Park and Hilo.

our stay at pahoa

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing time the house was awesome. They had everything there we could possibly need. It was very clean and very comfortable. The caretaker was awesome made sure we never wanted for anything. We had never been to the big island before and he was

very helpful in telling us things to do and places to go. We felt so at home there. We have been to a few different VRBO properties before and have never been treated as well as we were here. There is just so much about this property that was amazing. Very quiet beautiful property and we loved the basket of fruit and the flower arrangements that were there when we arrived. Also a huge basket of bathroom goodies as well. All in all we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the big island

This was our first visit to the island and we could not have found a better place to stay. The home had everything we needed and the location was quiet and peaceful. The gardens are lovely! It's evident the amount of time and care that went into making this property a true paradise. We will be back!
