need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Quiet and comfortable

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The ground floor location allowed us to walk in and out from pool/beach without hassle of going up or down with keys. Children could walk in and out. Close to main pool but this is still quiet and it is not so close that it is dangerous for small children to toddle over and fall in. We especially enjoyed the quiet and space in the development and hope the maintenance and peacefulness will continue to be upheld. Will certainly be back for more r&r.

Entspannte Ferien in gepflegter Atmosphäre

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet (diverse Küchenhelfer, Nespresso-Maschine, elektr. Saftpresse, ausreichend Geschirr, Gartenliegen + Auflagen etc.) und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und toll gelegen. Auch die Abwicklung vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Verwalter erwartete uns wie verabredet bei unserer Ankunft direkt am Objekt und als wir einmal eine kleinere Reparatur angefragt hatten (ein Duschkopf war defekt) wurde dies umgehend und mit vielfacher (obwohl absolut unnötiger) Entschuldigung erledigt. Wir haben uns während der zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
