Here you will receive more sunlight and a view which is more impressive than many other units. You also have the benefit of escaping the clamor of the pool deck and the hum of traffic found on the west side of the building.

About Ben McLoughlin
My name is Ben McLoughlin I am a young Entrepreneur who now owns 3 properties at Playa Del Sol. After serving in the army for 3 years and then spending winters working in the oil fields of Alberta I invested all earnings into this little business. Kelsey McLoughlin is my right hand lady, property manager and wife, she helps manage the properties. Together we make a wonderful team and do our darndest to ensure you have an amazing visit to Kelowna.

They say you aren't supposed to make emotional decisions when buying real estate, but I fell in love with this property. We focus on the extra touches ensuring that the kitchen has all the utensils a family would need and that there is a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate to greet you upon your arrival. There is always enough toilet paper and dish soap and if anything goes wrong you can call me at anytime.

Warm and cozy fall stay
We stayed here for a few months over the fall while we waited for our home to be built. It felt like home and we enjoyed walking to the coffee shop in the morning and going for walks along the greenway. The hot tub and pool closed early October but the gym and Sauna were still open. Ben was a very friendly and easy going landlord. The unit is very well maintained, much better than some of the others we've seen in the building.

Comfortable week away
Second time renting from Ben and enjoyed our stay again. We had a couple snafu's at the very beginning but communicating with Ben was easy and things were quickly fixed. I think a minor thing for us was that the kitchen was slightly less stocked then our previous rental but other than that a great unit. Overall a relaxing week away!
The property was clean and very comfortable. Would definately come back.
