This 2 b/r, 2 bath condo is located in the highly desirable west gate area of the cathedral canyon country club. The community is gated with a security guard at the gate from 7am to 7 pm each day.The condo views the 9th green and the 4th tee of the mountain course on the cathedral canyon golf course.It is 1500 sq.Ft. All on one level with a locking gated courtyard. Attached garage with door opener. The pool and hot tub/spa are 50 feet from the front gate. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. The unit is light and airy with wonderful views all around.This condo is turnkey with linens, towels, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, DVD player, etc. Everything that you would expect in a home. Three TV's with cable including HBO. New gas barbeque.Master bedroom has a new king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms now have new TV's. It has been updated with tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen with granite counters and new appliances.

We have been renting this condo every Fall for the past five years.
It is a wonderful unit with unparalleled views all around. We love to sit on the back deck and watch the golfers as they play through and watch the airliners come in for landing at the Palm Springs Airport.
This unit is updated, well equipped and very nice and a joy to rent.
We come with another couple and switch bedrooms from year to year.
Both bedrooms are really great with spacious closets and comfortable beds.
The guest bedroom has not had a TV but the owner's indicate that one will be
added. There is an aerobed available and extra bedding for our grandchildren or other overnight guests when they come to visit.
Plenty of room for two couples.
Overall a really nice condo with a great outlook and location.
Can not recommend this property unless the owners fully move out. Unit is filled with personal effects. 2nd bedroom has 2 enormous trunks stuffed with bedding, folding cots, no TV, and a closet full of stored stuff. Certainly not usable for 2 adults. Tired, old queen size bed. Garage is much the same. Half of it filled with a car and more stuff piled everywhere. Overall the place has a very neglected vibe. Also unit is directly under the landing pattern of all incoming flights to PS Airport.
Cathedral City Town Center is just a few blocks away with Cold Stone Ice Cream, IMAX theaters, Mary Pickford Theater, Art Galleries, and many restaurants. Trader Joes, Target, Nail Salons, UPS store, Subway sandwich and many other shops are just a mile away on Highway 111.
Centrally located, the stunning, gated Cathedral Canyon Country Club community is in the middle of everything!
