A well-appointed spacious and open kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal or gather and talk. The kitchen boasts seating for 7 and is steps away from the outdoor dining area seating for 6 and Bar B Que. The formal dining area has a large table that seats 8 - 10 people.

Lovely huge home in a quiet neighborhood. We were there for a mini family reunion. Even the grandchildren were saying they didn't want to leave! We stayed an extra day because we were having so much fun, we didn't want it to end! We will definitely go back to this property--I hope to make it a yearly event! Gorgeous view of the San Jacinto (?) mountains from the pool area. Master bedroom/living room/dining room/kitchen all with sliding doors to pool area. It was truly a "Home Away." Everything you needed was there--dish soap, plastic bags for left over food, tin foil, paper towels, coffee filters, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, etc, etc, etc! It was fantastic. Property Manager, Rik, was awesome, as was his assistant, George. I almost hesitate to write so much good stuff because I don't want it to be booked when we want to return!
We had a great time in Palm Springs and enjoyed our VRBO home. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. The house was very close to where we golfed 4-days in a row. We would stay again if we make it back there. We also did a nice day trip to Temecula to visit a few wineries.
The home is very large and much to much wasted space. The bedrooms were large but the showers were small and cramped. The pool and hot tub were great, but getting to them was a bit of a problem, the glass sliding doors from the bedroom and kitchen were terrible. Tried to cook steaks one evening, ran out of propane, not back up bottle!@#$%^. TV cable would not allow us to view any of the playoff football games, even the ones on national television, had to pay for this service. All in all the stay was ok, but not for the price we paid. We have vacationed in the area for 5 different New Year's and this was the most disappointing. Would not stay here again. Sent a text message to owner, but never received a reply!!!!!!!!!!!
The house was perfect! I rented it for my daughters bachlorette weekend. Yes, she wanted me there. The home was perfect in every way. I'll definitely look for this home again on my next trip to desert.
The property was set in an ideal position in Palm Springs with easy access to everything. There is ample space in the villa so that 6 adults were not on top of one another.
The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained with all you need to chill and relax. The only downside was the men in the group were all keen on sport and were unable to watch sport on the TVs as cable subscription had expired.
Overall our long trip from the UK did not disappoint us and we would have no difficulty in recommending this property. Looking forward to a return visit next year
We had a great time. The rooms are massive and very private. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool gets ample sun. Quiet and quaint neighborhood. I stayed there with my brothers and Dad for his 66th Birthday. We had a great time. While I'm sure it could accommodate a family, I would feel more comfortable with adults only at this location due to the nice finishing touches and artwork. Fantastic home, and great hosts.
• Participate locally: If you arrive by Thursday, the Palm Springs' downtown area 'Village Fest' on Palm Canyon Drive is transformed into a bustling street fair...Artists, craftsmen, food vendors, musicians and entertainers are there to entertain. Stock up on local farm veggies/fruit or enjoy some great people watching.
Also experience, on Friday from 4pm to 9pm, 'First Friday On North Palm Canyon' (every month, year-round), between Tachevah and Amado Road, featuring entertainment, food and fun, where more than 50 antique furnishings and art stores remain open into the late evening.
