The home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, carpeted floors, and formal living and dining areas.
The master bedroom on the top floor features a queen bed, arm chair, 32' TV with premium cable, bathroom with dual sinks and marble countertop, extra large shower, and walk-in master closet.
The 2nd bedroom on the top floor has one queen bed, a self contained bathroom with bath tub, and walk-in closet.
The 3rd bedroom on the ground floor currently is set up with a bookcase and a single twin bed. It also has it's own self contained bathroom with shower.
Cook in the fully equipped kitchen that contains a stainless steel gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Top of the line stainless steel pots and pans cookware set is provided along with a variety of cooking utensils for your gourmet cooking enjoyment.
The spacious and modern kitchen has hardwood floors and provides easy access to the balcony through the sliding glass door. Sip your favorite drink while seated and enjoy the sunset on the enclosed balcony.
The dining area is in the same open space as the kitchen and is perfect for entertaining and contains a beautiful espresso dining table with 4 chairs and a bench.

Quick dry bath towels, high quality cotton towels, and comfortable bedding is provided throughout. All mattresses and pillowcases are encased in a waterproof, allergen and dust mite protective cover to ensure you have a healthy sleep.

We are a family of four living in Palo Alto, CA... we have a beautiful brand new home that we rent out to individuals or families that are looking for a place to call home rather than 4 walls in a stuffy hotel. I work nearby in Mountain View as a Partner Technology Manager. My wife looks after our beautiful 2 children 8 and 10 years old. We are both from Toronto Canada and have lived in Silicon Valley for 13 years. If you have any questions about Canada and making the move to the area, we can help!
We are a very active family and love the outdoors. Since I do triathlons, I can share with you the best cycling and running routes in the area. I also love snowboarding, so if you would like to learn the best of what Lake Tahoe ski resorts can offer, I can provide suggestions!
Since both of our children have severe environmental allergies, we believe in whole and healthy living and we strive to eliminate chemicals from our daily living. We eat only Organic foods and use only all Natural cleaning products. I have been a vegetarian for my entire life!

When we first moved to California in 2000, we lived in Mountain View. Since that time, we have moved to San Jose and Santa Clara. What has brought us back to Mountain View, is the tranquility, beauty, and safe neighborhood with all the places we shop often within a 5 minute drive (Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Safeway, Costco, REI, Best Buy, and Bed Bath and Beyond).
Working in High-Tech, we love the convenience of this centrally located home that is essentially in the heart of Silicon Valley. From this location, it is an easy and fast 'reverse commute' to most companies including Google, Apple, Facebook, Cisco, LinkedIn, VMware.
Ultimately, however, we bought this as an investment for our children. The house is located in the Los Altos High School district which was rated one of the top High Schools in the country! We plan on moving into this property in a few years.
We are a very active family, and we love the proximity to nature trails and bike paths that are within 2 miles. I love biking, running, and swimming, and this area has all of these recreational activities available.
We also love going to restaurants, and their is a very broad range of top dining experiences that are within 5 miles. There is the beauty of downtown Palo Alto and the bustling downtown Mountain View to discover amazing places to eat.
We love that you are living an urban area but yet with the calm, tranquility, and beauty that Palo Alto and Mountain View have to offer!

Stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip with 2 colleagues. The house is super clean, quiet and was centrally located to our meetings in the area. The owner even stopped by and brought us a brand new coffee maker. Would certainly recommend and stay there again.
Gerry is the greatest host we've encountered in our years of planning business travel. We regularly send teams out to the West coast for business trips ranging from just a few days to an entire quarter. Before looking elsewhere for lodging, we always check to see if any of Gerry's homes are available to rent. Unsurprisingly, they're often booked! Every single listing is beautiful, clean, and accurately depicted. Communication is quick and open. Gerry is a very attentive and accommodating host. We absolutely recommend all of his properties.
The best host with the best property. It was cozy and convenient, and Gerry was so attentive. The location is fantastic, and the furnishings are wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Jerry is hands down the best host one can dream of. He put himself in our shoes and thought of every detail we might need. Traveling with two young children isn't easy. But jerry made it so much easier for us. Crib, stroller, changing table... He even brought presents for my daughters every time he visited us. Maids come in twice a week to do a deep clean, which is important because we stayed in the house for almost three months!
Just need to share how dealing with Gerry has been an absolutely amazing experience. What a friendly, serviceminded and customer oriented host! He responds immediately to any questions and very generously shares insights and tips about just anything you need to know about The Valley. Do not hesitate to rent from this guy!
My family and I would like to thank you very much for letting us stay in your very spacious, immaculately clean and well-equipped 3 level apartment with a private 2 car garage. Its proximity to groceries, restaurants and Stanford University was certainly a plus for us. In addition, the tour of Googleplex was one of the highlights of our stay. The house is on the border of Palo Alto and Mountain View and conveniently located to Stanford University and Stanford Hospital. The home is also located near top Silicon Valley companies including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple, Intuit, Microsoft, HP, VMWare and more are a short distance away. For example, this house is only a 10 minute bike ride to Google.
Food lovers will enjoy a multitude of ethnic delicacies offered at nearby restaurants in downtown Palo Alto, downtown Mountain View, and downtown Los Altos, which are less than 10 minutes away.
For shopping, within a 1.5 mile radius of the house, you will find Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target, Walmart, Safeway, Sprouts, Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy and the NEW Village at San Antonio Shopping Center. Within 5 miles is the Stanford Shopping Center which is Northern California’s premier open-air shopping and dining destination.
This is a safe and family friendly neighborhood with easy access to parks, childcare, public library, and children's activities.
For recreation, within a 2 mile radius, you will find a Gold's Gym, a 24 Hour Fitness, Jewish Community Center, Greenmeadow Swimming Pool, Mitchell Park, Cubberley Community Center, Shoreline Park, and Palo Alto Community Center and Library.
For public schools, this house is in the Mountain View - Los Altos School District which includes the excellent Los Altos High (ranked #132 in the country by US News 2013 ). For private schools, within a 10 minute drive, you will get to Stanford University, Foothill College, Challenger, Castilleja Girls School, Challenger, Stratford, St. Francis High School, Bowman International School, Yew Cheung, Kehillah High School, German American School, and International School of the Peninsula.

San Antonio Caltrain station 1 mile away allows you to get to San Francisco in less than an hour. San Francisco International airport is about 24 miles away. San Jose Airport is about 12 miles away. Easy access to Hwy 101, Hwy 280, Hwy 85 and Hwy 237.If you don't have a car, don't fret, you will have convenient access to public transit that will take you to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford University, Stanford Hospital, Stanford Shopping Mall, and lots of Silicon Valley companies.
