This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of the BRAND NEW Fireside Market & Eatery, restaurants, bars, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season.

This is a non-smoking ground floor unit built in 2006 and with the following amenities to make you feel at home:

* Private 4 person hot tub on patio accessible from the living room and bedroom.

* Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit):

- No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield.

- Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, up icy stairs or into elevators.

- No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage.

* Washer and Dryer in the unit.

* Kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and dishes to create a meal.

* 50'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in bedroom.

* Free Wifi

* Bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with a ceiling fan and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is upgraded with a memory foam mattress.

For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area.

Great Vacation

We planned our vacation last minute so I had very little time to plan and research so I was a little nervous but this condo was PERFECT for our family (myself, husband and 13 year old son). Very clean, GREAT location and excellently stocked. Even stocked with stuff that I was expecting to have to purchase from experience in other HomeAway properties (laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, etc). Very easy access to the shuttle to the ski lifts and just a great place. Walking distance to several good restaurants and just really close to everything. Spa was awesome too!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Great location and value!

We spent the week spanning new years there and it was great! We were a family of 4, and the kids slept on the sofas (they didn't bother to use the sofa bed, so I can't comment on it!). The master bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom is roomy. The condo was well stocked with things like lots of hangers in the closet (THANK YOU!), and plenty of kitchen supplies. The bathroom was also well stocked with toilet paper, shower soap, and shampoo & conditioner. The location was very convenient. The blue stops literally right outside the building, and the red and black lines drop off/pick up on the main drag, just a short distance away. You can walk to Hernando's and the new Fireside Marketplace, which was much better stocked than the Safeway in Fraser. The hot tub was fantastic (especially since we could sit in it and watch the new year fireworks). It was fantastic to have a garage to keep the car out of the elements. And the owners are very friendly and easy to work with on any issues that may come up. I definitely would recommend this place!

Great location & nice amenities

Wonderful weeks stay at a condo that couldn't have been in a better location. All the amenities were great, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice sized & the hot tub was a wonderful addition as well. The restaurants that were within walking distance were nice to have close by after a long day on the slopes. If we return we'd love to stay at the condo again. Owners were very responsive to emails & text messages despite being out of the country.

This was the perfect base camp for a couples getaway.

The property was a great size for two. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was great too. Don’t expect great views from the condo’s windows, but there are views a few steps away. The condo is also a short walk from restaurants and shops.
