Delightful!

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed at Tricia's peaceful casita many times and hope to return next spring. The pool is clean and inviting, the kitchen is well-outfitted and the casita is delightfully eclectic...as are the surroundings. It is a quiet, restful spot on a lovely street. We look forward to our next stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy the nearby mountains.

Great space for a couple. The kitchen is well stocked and the outside sitting areas are relaxing. The location is very convenient to Old Pasadena and the hiking trails in Eaton Canyon. There's a delicious bakery and Armen Market down the street.

In a word...EDEN!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This stunning little cottage was just what me and my husband were looking for. We spent a week there on our honeymoon. Very, very private and you don't even feel like you're in a city. No traffic noises, the surroundings are lovely. It felt like the garden of Eden and we felt like Adam & Eve...and pretty much acted like it. LOL! Skinny-dipped, nude sun bathing, the works. And so quite and peaceful that we didn't want to leave!

We had the pool heated and it wasn't heavily chlorinated. I could open my eyes underwater and when I got out, they weren't beet red and I was burping chlorine for hours. I thought it was a saltwater pool! FAR better than a hotel as we had 24 hour access to the pool. I dislike hotel rules. Pools close at 10 or 11. Pah! I like swimming when I feel like it and this place was WONDERFUL!!!

The pool is right outside the bedroom and having a washer and dryer at our disposal was absolutely brilliant. Our hostess was very charming too.

Fantastic!

  • 5 of 5

My daughter and I came here to be near my son in Pasadena. My first impression was how fortunate we were to have chosen this location. The combination of colors Trish has chosen for this casita and its environs is delightful and a warm welcome after a long journey! The cottage is well equipped, including laundry facilities, but is also close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We often just sat in the garden or by the large pool enjoying our colorful surroundings. The garden is even illuminated at night. The owner is helpful but she gave us privacy. I hope to return.

Perfect, private, beautiful

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time visiting the Casita, and we will definitely return. The property is just as it's described in the listing. Lovely gardens, big beautiful pool and hot tub, with lots of cozy and attractive nooks to relax in and read. The bedding and bed are of of the highest quality and comfort. The kitchen is well appointed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A perfect place for two.

Quiet casita

  • 4 of 5

The listing description was accurate and the house was located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The property was clean, but the bathroom could use a little update. We had a little problem with adjusting the hot water in the shower. The owner was friendly and gave us lots of privacy. I would stay here again.
