For a $25 fee guests at the Vail Racquet Club will enjoy access to the health club facility. The front desk now sells a 10 pack of club passes for $100.00. Year round, guests will have use of the outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, yoga & aerobic classes, saunas & steam rooms and our fitness center. In the summer, guests also have use of the 9 outdoor tennis courts. For a fee, guests can enjoy tennis lessons & clinics (in the summer), Massage Therapy, tanning bed and personal training.
Spring, Summer & Fall Reservations
Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is due upon booking your reservation.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is canceled 8 or more days prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Full payment is required at time of booking and are non-refundable.
Winter Reservations - Holiday Season (Christmas/New Year's).
Deposit Policy: A 50% lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation.
The final payment is due November 1st.
Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is canceled prior to November 1st, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled on or after November 1st.
Winter Reservations (Non-Holiday)

a. This unit is being directly rented through the individual owner and not the Resort. As a rental guest of the owner, Resort services are not available for your use such as Front Desk, Concierge and Lobby amenities, Key handling, Housekeeping, Maintenance, On-call assistance etc. Please direct all questions or service requests directly to the owner; do not contact the Resort.
b. As a rental guest of the owner you may use the Club facilities for a daily outside guest fee.
c. Pets are not allowed.
d. The maximum number of people allowed in each unit is: 4 in a one bedroom.
e. You must display a parking pass in your vehicle at all times while on property or your vehicle will be tagged, ticketed, booted or towed at your expense.
f. Parking passes will be left in the unit for your use.
g. You may park only one vehicle in the primary spaces in front of the Building. Other vehicles must be parked in overflow areas.
h. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. No noise or other disturbances are allowed during these hours.
i. Direct all regular unit maintenance items to the owner. Please do not contact the Resort. In the case of emergencies that need immediate attention to avoid damage to the building or surrounding units please call (970) 476-4840 ext. 0. For life threatening emergencies call 911.
j. Blu’s restaurant and bar is open and available to all guests. Please enjoy this and other public amenities including massage appointments, tennis racquet rentals, snowshoe rentals and the White River Sports Retail Shop.
k. Guests may use the Club facilities at the prevailing outside per person guest fee (currently adults are $25 per person, per day and children 14 and under are $10 per person, per day).
l. In the event that Rental by Owner guests inadvertently use the services of the Association common courtesy and hospitality will not be denied. However, if a guest noticeably uses the services of the Association or if there is a specific issue requiring unanticipated services from the Association, then a resulting service fee will be charged directly to the owner and passed on to the guest as a charge and deducted from their security deposit. Services include: Front Desk, Concierge and Lobby amenities, Key handling, Housekeeping, Maintenance and On-call assistance etc. Fees shall be charged at $100 per occurrence plus time and materials.
m. All guests must abide by the Association’s Rules and Regulations. If a rental guest of owner is in violation of the Association’s rules, then a rule violation fine will be assessed directly to the owner and passed on to the guest as a charge and deducted from their security deposit. This includes the introduction of a pet, noise disturbance, parking violations, number of tenants, use of the Association’s marketing etc. Rule violation fines shall be charged as directed in the Governing Documents with notice and opportunity of a hearing at the current rate of $50 for the first occurrence and $100 per occurrence for each violation thereafter, plus time and materials. The Board may review individual situations and levy greater fines according to their determination.

I stayed in your Vail Racquet Club condo over the Thanksgiving holiday and totally enjoyed it. The bed is wonderful, not too firm or too soft, and I slept well every night. What the bathroom lacks in space it makes up for in water pressure and hot water in the shower! Although I didn't use the kitchen while I was there, it seemed well appointed with good knives, bowls, and glassware. The condo is perfect for one person, maybe two if they don't mind tight quarters, and is in a wonderful location overlooking the creek on one side and the tennis courts and park-like setting on the other side. I really enjoyed my stay!
Not the fanciest place in Vail, but conveniently located, has all the required amenities/ equipment and a responsive owner. Definitely recommended.
I vacationed here for a solo ski trip. It was my first time in Vail, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Lodging in Vail is very expensive, so I will say that the price was right on this unit.
The unit is perfect for 1-2 people, but anything more, and I'd say you're going to be cramped.
It has a fully stocked kitchen, including olive oil and spices. Good wifi, comfortable queen-sized bed, and cable television in the bedroom and living room. (To watch tv in the bedroom, you need to leave the cable box in the LR on.)
There are no instructions in the condo itself on how things work (turning on the television, clubhouse location, pool towels, where to grab the shuttle bus, etc), so that was a bit frustrating.
The unit is on the second floor, and I didn't see any elevators, so if you're carrying luggage/ski equipment, get ready for a little huffing and puffing. The bathroom in the unit (shower and toilet area) are not renovated and small. It's a shower/tub combo, and the door leading into it is a bit clunky as it bumps up against a towel rack. No heat lamp, which I am sort of used to when I'm in Colorado. The vanity/sink area is renovated and it's a decent size. You'll find a hair dryer and other people's left over shampoos/conditioners, etc.
The unit has a wood-burning fireplace. You have to pay for your own wood, which is sort of a bummer and something I didn't realize when I reserved the unit. I paid $12 for a bundle to be delivered from the front desk, so it wasn't expensive. I just wish it would have been included in the price of the rental. Also, I'm a girl from Miami...we don't have wood-burning fireplaces here and I ultimately didn't know how to get a fire going. If a fireplace is really important to you (as it is to me), you'll need to keep that in mind.
Pool and Hot Tub
You have to pay a per person/per day fee of $10 to use the pool/hot tub.
The pool and hot tub areas are nice. Two big hot tubs that each can hold about 20 people. Full gym and nice locker rooms. But they're a little bit of a walk from the condo--about 100 yards away. You have to cross one parking lot row, and walk down the backside of the club house. And in the dead of winter, let's just say it's an exhilarating walk. :-)
Ben's condo was just as described. His response time is superb and was a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful stay over the holidays and could not have been happier. The condo was clean and comfortable. Ben's place is also very quiet and serene. The fireplace was a highlight after some chilly skiing days. We would surely love to stay again!
Great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of a crowded resort town. Clean, superb and exquisite place to let all hang loose. Great enjoyment from work and relaxing atmosphere with a cosy comfort close to home.
Spent a ski weekend in Vail and had a great time. Ben's condo is clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect size for 2. All amenities work great. I kept my rental car at the condo and took the ski bus to the slopes (Parking in Vail will cost at least $25 a day!). Ski bus stop is a short walk from the condo. Plan on staying there next year. Ben was very responsive to my questions.
I spent Christmas at Ben's Condo and it was a great experience. Ben was very responsive and helpful leading up to the trip and during my stay. The location is in East Vail and is very close to the bus stop (1-2 Minute walk). The condo was the perfect size for 2 people (could have easily fit another couple on the saufa sleeper in the living room). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook an excellent Christmas meal. I look forward to staying with Ben again in the future.
