Directly by the Isar in a sunny, quiet location, lies our well-cared for guesthouse with 4 comfortable holiday homes, furnished with solid wood furniture for 2-6 people.

Our house has a big lawn and parking spaces. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling in our unique valleys (Karwendel-Hinterautal and Gleierschtal) and in the Bavarian neighborhood with its lakes and mountains. In winter our Olympia region is perfect for cross-country skiing, skiing and hiking. The holiday home is suitable for 2-6 people and tastefully equipped with handmade regional solid wood furnishing! Composed of a living room with large dining corner, separated kitchen with complete equipment, 2 cable TV, radio, microwave, oven, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony. The price includes: accommodation, electricity, water, heating, bed linens, tea and bath towels.

Leisure activities: In winter there is a branched, sunny cross-country ski-track, in the snowy countryside, with connections to Seefeld, Leutasch and Mittenwald. Skiers will enjoy the Brandlift ski resort and the nearby lift facilities. A worth doing excursion is the quaint Pleisenhütte (1757m), which can be easily reached on sled or ski in winter. In summer you can enjoy the stunning clear view and it is the starting point for lovely hikes.

Mooi appartement zeer schoon en goed onderhouden Ligt erg mooi en centaal in dorp. Dicht bij loipe en wandelpaden .Leuke restaurants vooral Wiessenhof Met haal en breng service. Raden dit zeker aan bij vrienden.

Wir waren positiv überrascht über die schöne , sonnige und ruhige Lage des Anwesens. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung liess keine 'Wünsche offen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und wurden hervorragend betreut. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Langlauftouren in Richtung Seefeld und Mittenwald sowie die kurzen Wege ins Zentrum von Scharnitz (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafe, etc.) eine hervorragende Wahl. Auch mit dem Auto oder Bus ist Leutasch in einer ca. 15 minütigen Fahrt gut zu erreichen um die dorftigen Loipen zu befahren. Gut geräumte Winterwandwege luden auch zum Wandern ein.

In summer ideal starting point for walking in the Alps, through mountains and chalets to the nature reserve Karwendel (920 km2) with long, branched walking trails. Beautiful mountain lakes surrounded by Karwendel- and Wetterstein mountain range invite you for a fresh bath. The trails in the forest, that extend through wide, unspoiled valleys, are an eldorado for mountain bikers. The source of the Isar is an eye catcher as well as the numerous waterfalls and springs.
