Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Myself, 3 daughters, and a couple of friends spent the whole week here. We enjoyed the PERFECT view while we worked hard at our sewing retreat!! The kitchen was totally stocked with anything you may need (except a crock-pot). All appliances worked great, Water pressure and temperature was great. We will be returning in July for another sewing retreat week!!
It does need some repairs. The wrought iron railing on the first floor by the stairs is loose and a safety hazard. The bathroom downstairs was very musty smelling and the toilet was leaking around the base. It would be nice to have a Krueg as there were six of us and we all liked different coffee. The house could use some updating, mainly the kitchen. The view from the house was incredible. The balcony on both floors was very impressive and since we experienced beautiful weather until the last day we used them a lot. We had a great time.
We had a very enjoyable stay here with 7 adults plus one child and a dog. Very comfortable for large groups!
Lets start with the positives:
The location: kinda in the middle of nowhere, nice and quiet, beautiful views of the ocean, the beach was just steps away.
Bedrooms, enough for our two families to have their own rooms and be comfortable. Also have two bathrooms was just fantastic. They were recently remodeled and the showers felt nice. Nice water pressure! They don’t have a traditional water heater, so we all got hot showers everyday which was wonderful!
The kitchen was stocked with enough plates, bowls, and silverware! It was nice to not have to bring anything or worry about washing dishes every day.
They don’t have blinds on the back of the house, they have these plastic sheeting that blocks out the sun but you can still see the ocean which is really nice!
The couches and chairs were super comfortable!
The view was amazing!
The carpet was nasty. Stains from every pet was showing, the pee and poo stains. I wore my flipflops the whole time. The whole place had a musty smell to it. There was mold in the bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom was dark and dingy. The walls in the kitchen were stained. They had a super small waste basket in the kitchen, really annoying.
The kitchen was so well stocked that there were no cupboards to put any food away. Least save one cupboard for that?
The bottom floor sliding glass doors had no screens on them, so we couldn’t open them…for fear our dogs would get out.
There was dog poop every where on the grassy part. Gross…
