Located just across beautiful Alii Drive from one of Kona's most popular sandy beaches, Magic Sands! This unit offers 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and central AC. Master bedroom features a King bed, TV and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom offers 2 twin beds. It features island style décor with a sofa sleeper in the living room that allows with additional sleeping up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and ocean views from the spacious lanai. Free internet access but no local phone service available.

This complex provides a gorgeous pool, spa, four barbecue grills, several free tennis courts, and a game room with pool table. Step across Ali'i Drive to White Sands beach and experience body surfing or just lay on the warm white sand and enjoy the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.

Please note for the the months of August-October the complex will be replacing their main sewer line. During this time the spa will be shut down.

This is a no smoking, no pets property. 3 night minimum, 10 nights during Christmas and Ironman. Hawaii Tax ID: 184-792-8832-01

About Kona Coast Vacations - SL

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009. The rental was clean and had all the adminities that will be needed for your trip. The location is right across from magic sands beach which is a great surfer beach. 2 miles a way is a great snorkeling beach. Just a few miles from downtown.

White sands village is across the street from white sands beach- a small beach that is not for swimming. Another beach down the road, say 15 minute walk is good for swimming and snorkeling. The condo unit was clean but needs to be updated! Nice pool and great parking.

The Condo was great, however a few things need updating. There was only one dish cloth, and 1 tea towel. No windex to clean the mirrors. Also a broom would have been nice, instead of having to pull out the vacuum out each time. The beach towels also need to be replaced, as the ones there are worn out.

We rented this unite for a family of 5 and we fix perfectly. The unit is directly across from the beach and is with in a few miles from town. Everything is provided for a day on the beach - towels, cooler, floatation thingy's, there is also a washer and dryer which came in handy with kids and wet clothes!! Fully equipped kitchen.Safeway is a short drive away...saved lots of $$ on food! We loved it!
