The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent, the damage insurance, and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
917 Bachelor Ridge has a maximum occupancy of 16. This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n' plays for very young children.
Serving as a reservationist for the Bachelor Gulch home, I am meticulous in my constant effort to provide the homeowner, and rental guests, of this beautiful property the services necessary to make their visit here as memorable as possible. This is one of those homes where at the end of your vacation you realize you never got in your car or had to drive for anything. It is ski-in, ski-out and we can have your ski equipment delivered so all you need to do is walk out the back door to access the slopes and start your day. The home is incredibly spacious, has floor to ceiling windows, and has some of the most incredible views of the Valley I have ever seen. While grand in scale it is still extremely family friendly for there are gathering areas with huge stone fireplaces, a downstairs game room that boasts a pool table, and theater size screen, and the outdoor hot tub we should refer to as a pool for it is so large! All in all, one of the most amazing homes in Triumph's portfolio.
Dial-A-Ride services in Beaver Creek, which is a free shuttle system, can pick you up at your door and drop you anywhere in the village or Bachelor Gulch - again lessening the need for a vehicle while you're here. The home has a wood-burning pizza oven so themed dinner nights, or hiring a private chef for an evening is such a treat in this house. Again, not a detail or an amenity was missed in this stunning property.
We enjoyed our ski vacation very much! The home is perfect for a large group. Every detail of the home was top notch. The large kitchen made us want to just stay in and cook for dinner. The outdoor hot tub with fireplace was an excellent way to unwind after a day on the slopes. If you are looking for elegant accomodations, you will definitely want to consider this home. It is a very large home with theater, large inground hot tub, great room with enormous kitchen, pizza oven, 6 or 7 fireplaces, daily housekeeping......and the list goes on. It's amazing!
When staying in this ski-in, ski-out home you will be provided with a personal concierge who can deliver groceries, arrange ski delivery, transportation, dinner reservations, and much more!
