About Andrea Champion
Our family lives downtown in a different condo building, six blocks away from this location. Before we had children, we lived in this loft and loved it! Andrea has lived downtown since 2002 and Sam has lived downtown since 2005.
Andrea Champion purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Andrea Champion chose Downtown
Sam purchased this condo while he was renting a unit in the building when the whole building flipped to condos. It was located very close to his job and he wanted to continue living there. He lived in the building for over five years.

Location, Location, Location
Cannot beat this property's location to all the downtown things to do and see! We were able to walk everywhere & for neighborhoods we wanted to see, we were able to hop on a free city bus...it was great!! The condo was perfect for our needs...very lovely...my only complaint is the bathroom needs a little TLC (vent cleaning & some fresh paint). Accommodations were great!
Great experience September 2019
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, just steps to restaurants and bars, short walk to all the action of the strip, but quiet inside the building. Clean, comfortable, good communication with Andrea the owner, highly recommended staying here!!! We will book again when we return to Nashville!!!
Had a blast
Great place to stay in Nashville
What a great place. The loft was excellent. The location couldn't be better. Having parking included was a big plus. We will definitely come back.
Mother/Daughters/ Nashville Trip
Super location! Within walking distance to everything. Clean. Quiet. Building felt safe with coded entry. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking is close and convenient. Upon arrival we had no problems pulling up to the curb, running up to get the garage pass, and dropping off our bags before parking.
Andrea is very helpful, and quick to answer questions. Loved that there was ground coffee and mini coffee mate creamers in the fridge! There were glasses chilling in the freezer upon arrival. Plenty of linens, paper products, soap, kitchen supplies. A binder on the desk was filled with helpful information. It was a hot, busy weekend downtown but the condo was super quiet and had great a/c. Shower was nice water pressure with hot water.
The only small negative is the pull out couch. Andrea had given us a tip to sleep with our heads at the foot end since the mattress tilts slightly downwards on the couch end, but we ended up moving the mattress to the floor like another reviewer did, and it was fine. Otherwise the bed in the bedroom was comfy and everyone slept well. Would recommend and stay again.
